This manuscript is held at the University of Göttingen. It was comissioned by Franz Kielhorn and received in 1874 from Nānā Shāstrī at Sāgar. The text is incomplete, breaking off in the middle of the commentary on the 15th kārikā of the Dravyasamuddeśa. The manuscript contains two copies of the text; the first (G1) is clearly a copy of the second (G2). G1 omits a large section of text corresponding precisely to the verso side of folio 27 in G2. It is bound in book form along with a page of notes in Kielhorn's hand listing the different sections of the Vākyapadīya and the number of verses in each, along with the manuscripts that were either known to him or that he had surveyed. From these notes, it seems that Kielhorn only knew of two manuscripts of the Dravyasamuddeśa -- this one, and the one held at the Bhandarkar Oriental Institute. This is a transcription of G1, which is the first copy as it appears in the binding.

yad vā saṃvaṃdhavyutpattikābhe gaur avam arthāya ity arthavrātya śabdajāter atyaṃtabhedā sāmānādhikaraṇthāhyathānupapatyā'bhedādhyāropaḥ || kalpate yathā gaur vāhīka iti anyathā saṃketasyaiva kartum aśarkyatvāt_ yathā vāyam ānādir apauruṣeyo vāvyavāvakalāvaḥ || tadādhyāropo pi anyathā vāyyavāvakalāva yava na ghaṭetā yathā vauddhasya dṛśyavikalpārthaikīkāro bhedānadhyasāṃyalakṣaṇaḥ || na tu yathā Lgaur vāhīka ity atra puruṣechayādhyāropaḥ || vyavahāre śabdārthayoḥ || saidavāledāvasāyāt katham iyaṃ prativarṇam anabhivyaktāsādhāraṇa jātir asamasamayabhāvaśri varṇair abhivyajyata iti vet_ yathotkṣepaṇamatvādijātir iti vrūmaḥ || tathā di pratyekaṃ karmakṣaṇānām upavyaṃjakatve pi yat prathamotkṣepaṇakṣaṇaḥ || sa paramāṇumāvadeśākramaṇāmātmarūpatvāt_ bhramaṇākṣaṇā sārūpyavaśād anadhārvyamāṇabhede ekaiko samartho niyātajātyabhivyaṃjana iti kṣaṃṇītaram apekṣate na va tasya bhrama-ṇakṣaṇad viśeṣoṃ nāsti u ekrama evotkṣipāmīty evaṃ prayatnajanitatvāt || evaṃ gośabdam udvāraṇamīty ayaṃ prayatno yady api gānagaganaśabdajanakāt prayabhad anya eva hetubhedyākārayor api bheda eva tathāpi sādṛśyād asau duravadhāra iti vyaṃjako pi san_ prathamo dhvanir asphuṭam ābhivyanaktīt prāvartamāno pi rṇa viśadatarasāmānyaviśeyābhichakto hetuḥ || yadā va eva pravadhaḥ || krameṇopalaṃbdho bhavati || atha śabdajātiviśeyopādhiyuktā vyavahārā avatiṣṭaṃte tarānīm asāhavaryāt parasparāvachedavaśena vilakṣaṇatayā pratibhāsanāt || yathā va ślokaḥ || sakṛt pacchamāno nāvadhāryate abhyāsona tu sphuṭāvabhāsaḥ || tathā varamavetasi vakāstiṃ rabhavatyavatyava sphoṭatvaṃ prathamākṣeraṇa hi jāter āmāsamātraṃ janyate taduttarottaravarṇakalāpena tu sphuṭatamaparichedādhānaṃ saṃsmāraviśeṣotpādanadvāreṇābhivyaktiviśeṣasya raṃbhatatvādau daṣṭaiḥ || tasmāc chabdād aṃrtha pratipavyāmaha iti vyavahārād varṇānām arthāvasāyajanakatvānupapatteḥ prakriyānaṃgasya- prathamakāṃḍa eva vihitatvā niṇa eva vihitatvā niṇa eva kaṃ pratyāyakaṃ śabdatatvaṃ jātivyaktibhedena bhibha sphoṭa-svabhāvam avaṃgīkāṃrya gaur am artha iti va vāvakābhedena vāvyapratīteḥ || tadadhyāsaścavitavavur vyavavahāryo rthaḥ || tatra va svāarūpasya vāvya prāthamavaṃḍa eva nirṇītā ihaṃ tu saṃvaṃdhamuddeśe pi nirṇevyato
