puṣpe kākaśiro gṛhya apūrvamalasaṃyutaṃ
rāśipūrvavidyāṇasthaṃ pūjayitvā tu pācayet
anena viḍayogena hemakuliśajāraṇaṃ
tejāsanasya lomāni dagdhate bhūtavahninā
marīcī sūputrasya kavakarṇṇaṃ tu yat payaḥ
sa ca tasya dite grāhyaṃ tac cūrṇāṃ ta na bhāvayet
pādena tasya dātavyaṃ rasamūrdviśiṣodbhavaṃ
asya cūrṇā viḍe śreṣṭhaṃ sarvaratnasya melakaṃ
jārayet sarvayogena maṇirāgasya jāraṇaṃ
pūrvāparasya saṃyo go t lokaṃ pālāya dāpayet
tasya mūlaṃ phalaṃ grāhyaṃ nakṣatre yamadau vate
asya cūrṇaprabhāvena padmarāgasya jāraṇaṃ

śiṣimadhye dhuvaṃ tiṣṭet baddhasūtasya lakṣaṇaṃ
kṛṣṇaṃ svetaṃ tathā pītaṃ nīlaṃ vā bhasma saṃnibhaṃ
capalatvaṃ yadā naṣṭaṃ bhasmasūtasya lakṣaṇaṃ
nānāvarṇaṃ tathā svasthaṃ ghṛtaṃ yoṃ gnau jalūkavat
varddhate sūtakaṃ yac ca jalūkābaddhalakṣaṇaṃ
svetaṃ pītaṃ gurutvaṃ ca mṛdusikyakasaṃnnibhaṃ
agnimadhye yadā tiṣṭet pāṭavaṃdhasya lakṣaṇam
kukkuṭāṃḍanibhaṃ sūtaṃ lohavedhī bhave yadā
āvarttitaṃ punas tadvat ṣoṭavad vara sā kṛtiḥ
athavā
cchede sigdhaṃ mṛduṃ caiva śikhinā drāvito dravet
akṣayaṃ kaṭhinaṃ svetaṃ ṣoṭavadvasya lakṣaṇaṃ
ṣoṭādayesu ye paṃca vihāya jalūkāL kṛti
hatāgnau dhāmitaṃ tiṣṭhet na tiṣṭhed eka mūrcchitaḥ
taruṇādityasaṃkāśo nānāvarṇavicakṣaṇa
vedhayed dehalohāni raṃjito rasabhairavaḥ
śodhanaṃ sūtakasyādau grāsamānamataḥ paraṃ
jāraṇaṃ tv abhrakādīnāṃ sarvasattvam ataḥ paraṃ
garbhavādyadutiḥ paścāt suvarṇaṃ tadanaṃtaraṃ
divyoṣadhipuṭaṃ paścāt ratnabaṃdham ataḥ paraṃ
raṃjanaṃ ca tata proktaṃ sāraṇāsyānusāraṇā
tatopi kāraṇe deyaṃ sūtakasya vicakṣaṇe
ena kramaṃ tu yo vetti tasya siddhir na saṃśayaḥ
vedhakrāmaṃ vijānāni dehalohe rasāyane
tasya janmajarāvyādhi naśyante nātra saṃśayaḥ
atraiva paṃcaratnāni nāgavaṃgo tathāyāsaṃ
krāmaṇaṃ rasarājasya auṣadhāt samavāpayet
auṣadhaiḥ krāmata sūto yogamuktikrameṇa hi
kramate vyādhisaṃghātaṃ grasate duṣṭarogakān
tasmā tatkarmasaṃjñāya to veerror for te vai in pṛṣṭhamātra?chair upācaret
krāmaṇena vinā sūto na kramen vaiva viṃdhati
dehalohāmayāt sarvān vṛthā syāt kevalaśramaḥ
yasya yogasya yo yogas tenaiva saha yojayet
rasendro harate vyādhi narakuṃjaravyādhināṃ
vyādhim ādau parikṣet tato dadyāt bheṣajaṃ
sūtakena samāyuktaṃ yojayec ca bhiṣagvaraḥ
śrīmannāgārjunaviracite raseṃdramaṃgale guṭikātvedutijalūkājāraṇādirasabaṃdha nāma caturtho'dhyāyaḥ 4
oṃ śivāyaḥ pītāṃbaro ghavalijinnāgakṣayavahalarāgagaruḍacaraḥ sa jayati hari vaharijo vidalitabhavadainyaduḥkharaharaḥ
saptaviṃśatisiddhānāṃ matam ālokya yatnataḥ
nānāśāstranighaṃṭādi jñātvādau vedyaka trayaṃ
deśe deśe bhidhānaṃ yad oṣadānāṃ pṛthak pṛthak
taṃ viditvā ca dhātūnāṃ pāraṃparyo svadeśataḥ
sāśaṃsayasya gūḍhārthasya ṣṭīkaraṇahetave
