This is one of three Nepalese manuscripts of the Samādhirājasūtra, a Mahāyāna Buddhist text, in the collection of the Bibliothèque nationale de France. Notably, this manuscript was used in the 1938 edition of Konstantin Régamey ("B."), prior to the discovery of the Gilgit manuscript. According to the note on the recto of the first folio, this manuscript was given to Eugène Burnouf by Brian Houghton Hodgson in 1841.
