The extant physical bundle comprises approximately 560 folios. The digital copy contains 1,115 photographs of individual folio sides.
The folios measure approximately 30 × 13 cm.
The manuscript was copied during the reign of Sultan Maḥmūd I Begadā. It was commissioned by Minister Śrī Māṇḍaṇa, son of the physician and minister Śrī Nārāyaṇa, for the study of his sons and grandsons. The scribe identifies himself as Rāula Nārasiṃha. Both the commissioner and the scribe belonged to the Ābhyantara Nāgara community.
