Verse SS.6.1.26 and 27 are not in sequence and mixed up with each other. Folio no 353r has a few words in the margin below which I couldn’t find where to add them.

6.41 from NAK 5-333: the ending of the chapter is: uttaratantre śoṣacikitsā aṣṭatriṃsattamaḥ kāyacikitsāyāṃ tṛtīyodhyāyaḥ || So it looks like it is being called chapter 38, not 41.

1) I have doubt about the chapter number as the colophon of the manuscript mentions: "uttaratantre'ṣṭapañcāśattamaḥ kāyacikitsāyāṃ yonivyāpaccikitsā trayoviṅśatitamo'dhyāyaḥ samāptaḥ ||" As I have understood it, the above heading is given to the subject of this mail . I have also marked the same in the transcription file. Please comment. 2) The folios which I have transcribed i.e 480r:3, 480v, 481r, 481v are not paginated. 3) Missing verses: 6.38.2, 3, 4, 5ab, 5cd, 5, 6, 7, 6.38.30ab, 32cd, 32ef Probably, 6.38.4.1 is left out to mark in the vulgate copy, like other verses 6.38.3.1, 6.38.2 etc. which are in manuscript. I am not sure about this observation. In vulgate, verse number 6.38.8.1 is shown as missing but in manuscript I could not find different text relating to that for addition. (Here, also I may be wrong.) 4) Additions: 6.38.3.1, 3.2, 4.1, 5.1, 6.1, 7.1 5) SS. 6.38.8cd, 17 cd , 23cd, 26cd, 27cd - the second half has different text. 6) SS.6.38.28 ab - the first half has different text. More restructuring of the Uttaratantra xml files in line with the manuscript colophons and verse SS.SS.6.66.17.add2. The final ten xml files are now brought together as a single group, combining the last 3 adhyāyas of the vulgate's Kāyacikitsātantra and all of the vulgate's Bhūtavidyātantra (60-62) and Tantrabhūṣaṇādhyāya (63-66). athāto mūtrāghātapratiṣedhaṃ vyākhyāsyāmaḥ || yadā mūtrayato jantor mmūtravego vihanyate | mūtrāghātam vadanty etam aṣṭadhā sa tu vakṣyate || vātena pittena kaphena sarvvais tathābhighātaiḥ sakṛdaśmaribhyāṃ, | tathāparaḥ śarkkarā ayā sukaṣṭo mūtropaghātaḥ paṭhito 'ṣṭamas tu || alpam alpaṃ bhṛśampīḍya, muṣkamehanabastibhiḥ | samānaḥ kṛcchreṇa vātāghātena mehate || pītam vāpy atha vā raktaṃ, muṣkamehanabastibhiḥ | agnim eva ca hṛmbhiḥ pittāghātena mehate || samunnaddhodaraḥ kṛcchrāt muṣkamehanabastibhiḥ | saṃhṛṣṭaromā gurubhiḥ śleṣmāghātena mehate, || dāhaśītarujāviṣṭo nānāvarṇṇo muhur mmuhuḥ | tāmyanaḥ sa kṛcchreṇa sarvvāghātena mehate || mūtravāhiṣu śa ṣv abhihateṣu vā | srotaḥsu mūtrāghātas tu, jāyate bhṛśadāruṇaḥ || vātāghātena liṅgāni, tasya tulyāni nirddiśet | śakṛtas tu pratīghātātt vāyur vviguṇatāṃ gataḥ || sādhmānañ ca samūlañ ca mūtrasaṅgaṃ karoti ca | aśmarīsambhavasyoktaṃ mūtraghātasya lakṣaṇaṃ || aśmarī śarkarā śṛṇu kīrttayato mama | śarkkarāyā viśeṣan tu, śṛṇu kīrttayato mama || pacyamānaṃ tu pittena śoṣyamāṇan tu vāyunā | śleṣmaṇā veṣṭitaṃ cūrṇṇaṃ śarkkarety abhisaṃjñitaṃ || hṛtpīḍā vepathuḥ śūlaḥ kukṣāv agniś ca durbbalaḥ | tābhir bbhavati mūrcchā ca, mūtrāghātaś ca dāruṇaḥ || ataḥ param pravakṣyāmi mūtrāghātacikitsitaṃ | kāryam bhaved yathā yac ca, śṛṇu kīrttayato mama || kaṣāyāśyathakalkāś ca lehāḥ svedās tathaiva ca | hitāḥ syur mmūtraghāteṣu tathaivottarabastayaḥ || ervvārubījakalkaḥ syāc chlakṣṇapiṣṭaukasammitaḥ | dhānyāmlapeyo lavaṇo mūtrāghātena pīḍitaḥ || surāṃ sauvarccalavatīṃ pradhānāṃ prapiben naraḥ | jīrṇṇabhuktaḥ sadā bhuñjan saguḍaṃ śāntim arcchati || madhūdakena saṃloḍya, karṣaṃ kuṅkumakasya vā | rātrau paryuṣitam pūtaṃ, piben mūtrarujāpahaṃ , || dāḍimāmlayutam madyaṃ śuṇṭhījīrakasaṃyutaṃ, | tvā surāṃ salavaṇāṃ, mūtrakṛcchrāt pravarttate || pṛthakparṇṇyādivarggañ ca, svadaṃṣṭrāṃ caiva tatsamāṃ,| arddhasthena dugdhasya paced arddhāḍhakodake || kṣīrāvaśiṣṭam āhṛtya pūtaṃ sarppir vvidhūpitaṃ | śītīkṛtaṃ pibed enaṃ mūtrakṛcchraharan naraḥ || garddabhasya śakṛd vāpi, vājināṃ vā gavāṃ tathā | rasasya tasya kuḍavaṃ, pibet mūtrarujāpahaṃ || haridrā madhukaṃ mūrvvā mustakaṃ devadāru ca | pibed akṣasamaṃ kalkaṃ payasā mūtrapīḍitaḥ || triphalāṃ śūkṣmapiṣṭam vā kalkaṃ badarasammitaṃ, | vāriṇā lavaṇīkṛtya, pibet mūtrarujāpahaṃ || drākṣārasasya kuḍavaṃ, pibet mūtrarujāpahaṃ,| nidigdhikāyāḥ sva su3rasaṃ pūtaṃ kuḍavasammitaṃ, || mūtradoṣaharaṃ pītvā naraḥ sampadyate sukhī || prapīḍyāmalakānān tu, rasaṅ kuḍavasammitaṃ, | pītvāgadībhavej jantur mmūtradoṣeṇa4 pīḍitaḥ || mūtradoṣe pibed vāpi, hiṃgvelāpānasaṃyutā | pānālābhe hitam vāpi svetataṇḍudhāvanaṃ, || elāhiṃguyutaṃ kṣīraṃ sarpirmmiśram piben naraḥ | mūtradoṣo viśuddhyarthaṃ śukradoṣaharañ ca yat || palāśakṣāram āhṛtya saptakṛtvāpariśrutaṃ | pāyayet tailasaṃyuktaṃ mūtradoṣeṇa pīḍitaṃ, || adhyarddhaprasṛtaṃ cāpi, tathā sa labhate sukhaṃ | pāṭalīkṣāram āhṛtya, palāśakṣāravac ca taṃ || vilvasiṃhīyavanāḍyaṃ, palāśaḥ pāribhadrakaḥ | eṣāṃ kṣāram parisrāvya, surasā saha saṃsṛjet || tatra kalkān imān dadyād badarāsthisamanvitān | varāṃgamūṣikāṇy e, ślakṣṇaṃ dṛśadi pīṣayet || ekatraitat samāloḍya pibec charkkarayā saha | eteṣv eva pacet sarppis taṃ lihen madhunā saha || saguḍakṣārasaṃyuktaṃ mūtrakṛcchrāt pramucyate | etat sarvvaṃ prayoktavyaṃ mūtrāghāte vijānatā || mūtradoṣeṣu kṛcchreṣu, tena sampadyate gadaḥ | aśmarīśarkkarāhetoḥ pūrvvam uktaṃ cikitsitaṃ || prasamīkṣya yathānyāyaṃ bhiṣak tān api yojayet | śvadaṃṣṭrāditaṭokuñci hapuṣāṃ kaṇṭakārikāṃ || kālāṃ śatāvarīṃ rāsnāṃ varuṇaṃ sirivālikaṃ, | vidārigandhādi saṃhṛtya, tābhiḥ sa trivṛtāṃ pibet || tailaṃ ghṛtaṃ vātapeyaṃ tena vāpy anuvāsanaṃ, | dadyād uttarabastiñ ca vā || svadaṃṣṭrāsvarase tailaṃ, saguḍakṣīranāgaraṃ | paktvā samyak pibet tac ca dadyād anilaruggharaṃ || utpalaṃ tṛṇakākolīnyagrodhādīgaṇaiḥ kṛtaṃ ,| pītaṃ ghṛtaṃ pittakṛcchran nāśayet kṣīram eva vā || ebhir eva kṛtaṃ snehaṃ trividheṣv eva bastiṣu | hitaṃ virecanaṃ cekṣukṣīradrākṣārasair yutaṃ, || rasaṃ mauṣakamustādi, varuṇādau | praśasyate || yathādoṣocchrayaṅ kuryād etām eva ca sarvvadā | phalguvṛścikadarbbhāśmasāracūrṇṇañ ca vāriṇā || surekṣurasadarbbhāmbu,pītaṃ kṛcchrarujāpahaṃ, || tathābhighātaje kuryāt sadyo vraṇacikitsitaṃ | mūtrakṛcchre sadā cāsya kāryā vātikī kriyās tathā || svedāvagāhāvabhyaṅgau basticūrṇṇas tathā || sakṛjje vā tathāmyau tu samuddiṣṭau kriyāvidhīti || ❈ || uttaratantre saptapañcāśattamaḥ kāyacikitsāyāṃ mūtrāghātacikitsā dvāviṃśatitamaḥ || ❈ ||
athāto yoni¦vyāpatpratiṣedhaṃ vyākhyāsyāmaḥ || paraḥ sukhārthaḥ pramadā supuṃsām yasmād ato yomigatān vikārān | yatnena vaidyaḥ samupakrameta , yasmāt sukhārthaṃ tad adhīna eva || yoniḥ praduṣṭā grasate na śukraṃ gṛhṇāti tataś ca nārī | arśāṃsi gulmaṃ pravaraṃ prabhūtāṃ prāpnoti rogān vividhām̐s tathānyān || mithyopacārāḥ suratakriyāy⦠daivāt tathā cārttavabījadoṣāt | doṣāḥ praduṣṭāḥ pavanādayas tu , yonyām vicitrān janayanti rogā¦n || te viṃśatir bbheṣajahetucihnair ihopadiṣṭāḥ pṛthag ekaśaś ca | udāvarttā vandhyasaṃjñā plutā ca, pariplutā vātalā ceti vātāt || raktakṣayā vāminī sramsanī ca putraghny atho¦ pittalā caiva pittāt | atyānandā karṇṇi na dve caraṇyau bhaved anyā śleṣmalā śleṣmaṇā ca || śaṇḍhy aṇḍinī mahatī sūcīvaktrā sarvvātmikā sarvvadoṣā tathānyā || saphenilam udāvarttā rajaḥ kṛcchreṇa muñcati | vandhyām anārttavāṃ vidyād utplutān nityavedanāṃ || pariplutāyāṃ bhavati , grāmyadharmmarucir bbhṛśam | vātalāḥ karkkaśā stabdhā śūlanistodapīḍitā || catasṛṣv api cādyā¦su bhavanty anilavedanāḥ || sadāhaṃ kṣīyate raktaṃ yasyāḥ sā lohitakṣayā || srutāv apy udgired bījam vāminī rajasā plutā | prasraṃsanī saṃśraṃsate kṣobhitā duḥprajāyinīṃ || sthitaṃ sthitaṃ hanti garbhbhaṃ putraghnī raktavisravaiḥ | atyarthaṃ pittalā yo¦nir ddāhapākasamanvitā || catasṛṣv api cādyāsu , pittaliṅgāni yojayet || atyānandād asaṃtoṣā grāmyadharmme 'dhigacchati | karṇṇinyāṃ karṇṇikā yonau śleṣmā sṛgbhyān tu jāyate || maithune caraṇī pūrvvā puruṣāt sātirucyate | bahuśaś cāticaraṇāt tato bījaṃ na tiṣṭhati || śleṣmalā picchilā yoniḥ kaṇḍūgrastātiśītalā | catasṛṣv api cādyāsu kaphaliṅgāni yojayet || naṣṭārttavaḥ stanaḥ ṣaṃḍhyā kharasparśā ca maithune | atikāyagṛhītāyās taruṇyā aṇḍanī bhavet || vivṛtā tu mahāyoniḥ sūcīvaktrābhisaṃvṛtā | sarvvaliṅgasamutthānāṃ sarvvadoṣamanvitā || catasṛṣv api cādyāsu sarvvaliṅgānidarśanaṃ | pañcāsādhyā vadantīsā vyādhayaḥ sarvvadoṣajāḥ | pratidoṣaṃ tu sādhyāsu snehādikrama iṣyate || dadyād uttarabastīm̐ś ca , viśeṣeṇa yatheritā | karkkaśāṃ śītalāṃ stabdhām alpasyaiṣān tathaiva ca || ku¦mbhīsvedair yojayīta , sānūpodakasaṃyutaiḥ | madhurauṣadhasaṃyuktāṃ veśavārām̐ś ca yoniṣu || nikṣiped dhārayeyuś ca , balātailam alaṃ śanaiḥ | dhāvanāni ca pathyāni kurvvīta śamanāni ca || uṣācoṣānviteṣūktaṃ kuryāc chītavi¦dhim bhiṣak | durggandhā picchilām vāpi , cūrṇṇaiḥ pañcakaṣāyajaiḥ || pūrayed rājavṛkṣādikaṣāyañ cātra śodhanaṃ | yonikrimiprabandhān tu śodhanadravyasaṃyutaiḥ || sagomūtraiḥ salavaṇaiḥ kalkair āpūrayec chanaiḥ | bṛhatīphalakalkair vvā tad ambupariśodhitā || sakaṇḍurān tu nisparśāṃ pūrayed dhūpayec ca tāṃ | karṇṇinyāṃ varttayo deyāḥ śodhanaṃ dra || bhyaktāṃ kṣīraṃ svinnā praveśayet | pidhāya vesavāraiś ca , tato bandhaṃ sa¦mācaret || pratidoṣaṃ nidadhyāc ca , surāriṣṭasamāṃ bhiṣak | kṣīramāṃsarasaprāyam āhāraṃ vidadhīta ca || śukrārttavastanyadoṣā rasadoṣāś ca kīrttitāḥ | klaibyasthānāni mūḍha¦sya , garbhbhasya vidhir eva ca || garbbhiṇī prati rogeṣu || cikitsed uttaram bhiṣag iti || uttaratantre 'ṣṭapañcāśattamaḥ kāyacikitsāyāṃ yonivyāpaccikitsā trayoviṅśatitamo 'dhyāyaḥ samāptaḥ ||

grahāṇāṃ gativijñānam anavasthā | yasmin sagrahaḥ parikīttitāḥ || aśuciṃ bhinnamaryādaṃ kṣatam vā yadi vākṣataṃ | hiṃsyur hiṃsāvihārārthaṃ satkārārtham athāpi vā || asakhyeyāṃ grahāṇān tu grahādhipatayas tu ye | vyañjante vividhākārā bhidyante te tathāṣṭadhā || devās ca dauvārigaṇās tathaiva gandhārvvayakṣāḥ pitaro bhujaṅgāḥ | rakṣāṃsi cajātireṣo 'ṣṭako devagaṇo grahāgryaḥ || saṃtuṣṭaḥ śucira vinaṣṭagandhamālyo nistandrī ravitathasaṃskṛtābhilāṣī | tejasvī sthiranayano varapradātā brahmaṇyo bhavati ca rudradevajuṣṭaḥ || saṃsvedī dvijagurudevadoṣavaktā jihmākṣo vigatabhayo vimārggadṛṣṭiḥ | santuṣṭo bhavati na cānnapānajātairdduṣṭātmā bhavati ca devaśatrujuṣṭaḥ || hṛṣṭātmā pulinavanāntaropasevī svācāraḥ parigatagandhamālyadhūpaḥ | nṛtyādaiḥ prahasati cāru cālpaśabdaṃ gandharvvagrahaparipīḍito manuṣyaḥ || tāmrākṣaḥ priyatanuraktavastradhārī gambhīro drutagatiralpavāk sahiṣṇuḥ | tejasvī vadati ca kiṃ dadāsi kasmai yo yakṣagrahaparipīḍito manuṣyaḥ || pretānāṃ nipatati saṃstareṣu piṇḍān śāntātmā jalam api cāpasavyahastaḥ | māṃsepsustilaguḍapāyasābhikāmastadbhakto bhavati pitṛgrahābhijūṣṭaḥ || yastūrvvyām prasarati sarppavat kadācit sṛkvaṇyau vilihati jihvayā tathaiva | krodhārttoguḍamadhudugdhapāyasepsurvvijñeyo bhavati bhujaṅgasagrahārttaḥ || māṃsāsṛgvividhasurāvikāralipsurnnillaṃjjo bhṛśamatiniṣṭhurotiśūraḥ | krodhārtto vipulabalo niśāvihārī śaucadvi bhavati sa rakṣasā gṛhītaḥ || uddhastaḥ kṛśaparuṣaś cirapralīā durggandho bhṛśamaśucistathātilolaḥ | bahvāśī vijanahimāmburotrisevī vyācaṣṭaṃ bhramati rudan piśācajuṣṭaḥ || sthūlākṣo drutagamanaḥ saphenalehī niśceṣṭaḥ patati ca vepatetha yāti | paś cāddhidviradanagādivicyutaḥ san saṃhṛṣṭo bhavati sahegrahābhijuṣṭaḥ || devagrahāḥ paurṇṇamāsyāmāsurāḥ sandhyayor api | kṛṣṇakṣaye ca pitaraḥ pañcamyām api coragāḥ || rakṣāṃsi rātrau paiśācāś caturddaśyām viśanti hi | darppaṇādīn yathācachāyā śītoṣṇaṃ prāṇino yathā || maṇayo bhāskarārccīṃṣi tathā dehañ ca dehedhṛk | viśanti na ca dṛśyante grahāstadvaccharīriṇaṃ || tapāvrāṇi tathaiva dānaṃ vratāni dharmmā niyatañ ca satyaṃ | grahāstathāṣṭāvapi teṣu nityaṃ vyastāḥ samastāyaś ca yathāprabhāvaṃ || na te manuṣyaiḥ saha saṃviśanti | ye tvāviśantīvi vadanti mūḑhās te bhūdviṣayādvyapoḑhā || teṣāṃ grahāṇāṃ paricārakā ye koṭīsahasrāyutapadmasaṃkhyāḥ | asṛgvasāmāṃsabhujāḥ sabhīmān niśācarāś cāpi tamāviśanti || niśācarāṇāṃ teṣāṃ hi ye devagaṇasaṃśritāḥ | te tu tat satvasaṃsarggāmmadhṛttās tu tad añjanāḥ || devagrahā iti khyātāḥ procyante śucayas tu te | devavac ca namasyā || api śīlapriyācārāḥ krama eva surādiṣu | nairṛteryā duhitarastāsāṃ sa prabhavaḥ smṛtaḥ || sanyāso sat pravṛtteṣu vṛttisteṣāṃ gaṇaiḥ kṛtāḥ | hiṃsāvihārā ye keciddivyām bhāvānpāśritāḥ || bhūtānīti kṛtā saṃjñā teṣāṃ bhūtapravṛkṣyabhiḥ | grahasaṃjñāni bhūtāni tasmād budhyekayo bhiṣak || teṣāṃ śāntyarthamanvicchan vaidyas tu sumāhitaḥ || jāpyaiḥ saniyamair ddhīmān ārabheta citsitaṃ | raktāni gandhamālyāni bījāni madhusarppiṣā || bhakṣyāś ca sarvva sarvveṣāṃ sāmānyo vidhirucyate | vastrāṇi madyamāṃsāni kṣīrāṇi rudhirāṇi ca || yāni yeṣāṃ yathe dāpayet | hinsanti manujān yeṣu prāyaśo divaseṣu tu || devagrahe devagrahe hutvāgnim prāpayed baliṃ || kuśasvastikapūpājyacchatrapāyasasaṃyutaṃ || asure tu yathākālaṃ vidadhyāc catvarādiṣu | gandharvvasya gavāṃ mārgge madyaṃ māṃsābujākulaṃ || hṛdye veśmani yakṣasya kulmāśāsṛksurādibhiḥ | atimuktakacampādyaiḥ puṣpaiś ca vitarebaliṃ || nadyāṃ pitṛgrahāyaṣṭaṃ kuśāstaraṇabhūṣitaṃ | tatraiṣāpaharec cāpi nāgāya vidhivad baliṃ || catuṣpathe rākṣasasya bhīmeṣu gahaneṣu vā | śūnyālaye piśācasya citram balim upāharet || na śakyā balinā yetu yogaistān samupācaret | janvṛkṣacarmmaromāṇi śalyakālasunan tathā || hiṅgu mūtrañ ca bastasya dhūpamasmai pradāpayet | etena śāmyati kṣipraṃ balavānapi yo grahaḥ || gajāhvāpippalīmūlaṃ vyoṣāmalakasarṣapān | godhānakulamārjjāraṛṣapittaprapeṣimān || nasyābhyañjanasekeṣu vidadhyād yogatatvavit | svarāśvāśvatarolūkakarabhaś ca sṛgālajaṃ || purīṣaṃ kāṅkagṛdhrṇāṃnyā varāhasya ca pīṣayet || bastamūtreṇa tatsiddhaṃ tailaṃ syāt pūrvvavaddhitaṃ || śirīṣapuṣpa lasuna śuṇṭhī siddhārthakaṃ vacāṃ | mañjiṣṭhāṃ rajanīṃ kṛṣṇāṃ bastamūtreṇa pīṣayet || varttyaś chāyāviśuṣkāstāḥ sapittā nayanāṃ janaṃ || naktamālaphalaṃ vyoṣam mūlaṃ śyonākabilvayoḥ | haridre ca kṛtā varttyaḥ pūrvvavannayanāñjane || saindhavaṃ kaṭukāṃ hiṅgu vayaḥsthā ca vacām api | bastamūtreṇa piṣṭan tat matsyapittena pūrvvavat || purāṇasarppirllasunaṃ hiṅgu siddhārthakaṃ vacā | golomī cājalomī ca bhūtakeśī jaṭī tathā || kukkuṭī sarṣapagandhā ca tiktālāvū viāṣāṇike | vajraproktā vayaḥsthā ca śṛṅgī mohanavallyapi || arkkamūla trikaṭukaṃ tāla srotojamañjanaṃ | nepālī haritālañ ca rakṣoghnaṃ yac ca kīrttitaṃ || siṃhavyāghrarkṣamārjjāradvīpivājigajāṃs tathā | śvāvidchalyakagodhānāṃ tathaiva nakuloṣṭrayoḥ || vidadhīta vasāmūtraṃ raktapittanakhatvacaḥ | asmin vargge bhiṣak kuryāt tailāni ca ghṛtāni ca || pānābhyañjananasyeṣu nāti yojyāni jānatā | avapīḍeñjane caiva vidadhyād guḍikākṛtāṃ || vidadhīta paārīṣeke kvathitaṃ cūrṇṇitaṃ tathā | uddhūpane ślakṣṇapiṣṭaṃ pradehe cāvacārayet || eṣa sarvvavikārāṃs tu mānasānavicāritaḥ | hanyādalpena kālena snehādirapi ca kramaḥ || na cācaukṣaṃ prayuñjīta prayogaṃ devatāgrahe | ṛte piśācāmanyeṣāmanukūlaṃ samācaret || vaidyāturau nihanyuste dhruvaṃ kruddhā mahaujasaḥ | hitāhitavidhānañ ca nityam eva samācared iti || uttaratantre ūnaṣaṣṭitamo bhūtavidyā amānuṣapratiṣedhaṃ prathamaḥ ||
athāto 'pasmārapratiṣedhaṃ vyākhyāsyāmaḥ || smaraṇan na bhavaty asminn āpac ca parivarjjayet | apasmāra iti proktas tatoyaṃ vyādhir antakṛ apasmāra iti proktas tato yaṃ vyādhir antakṛt || hṛtkampaḥ śūnyatā svedo dhyānaṃ mūrcchā pramūḍhatā | nidrānāśaś ca tasmiṃś ca bhaviṣyati bhavanty atha || saṃjñāvaheṣu srotassu doṣavyāpteṣu mānavaḥ | patat kṣitau || sopasmāra iti khyātaḥ sa ca dṛṣṭaś caturvvidhaḥ | yo brūyād vikṛtaṃ satvaṃ kṛṣṇa māmanudhāvati || tato me cittanāśaḥ syāt sopasmāro nilātmakaḥ || yo brūyād vikṛtaṃ satvaṃ pītaṃ mām anudhāvati | tato me cittanāśaḥ syāt sa pittabhava ucyate || yo brūyād vikṛtaṃ satvaṃ sveta mām anudhāvati | tato me cittanāśaḥ syāt sopasmāra kaphātmakaḥ || hṛdi stodas tṛbhūkledas triṣv apeteṣu saṃkhyayā | pralāpaḥ kūjanaṃ krodhaḥ pratyekañ ca bhavanti hi || sarvvaliṃgasamāvāpaḥ sarvvadoṣaprakopaje | animittāgamād vyadho gamanād asṛjād api || āgamācāpy apasmāram vadantyo nyonyadū | kṣaṇikatvāt tathaiva ca || āgamād vaisvarūpyāc ca sa tu nirvvarṇṇyate budhaiḥ || deve varṣaty api yathā bhūmau bījāni kānicit | śaradi pratirohanti tathā vyādhisamucchrayaḥ || sthāyinaḥ kecidalpena kālenābhivivardhitāḥ | darśayanti vikārāṃstu viśṃkramanisarggataḥ || apasmāvyādhistasmād doṣaja eva tu | tasya kāryo vidhiḥ sarvva unmādeṣu pravakṣyate || purāṇasarppiṣaḥ pānamabhyaṅge caiva pūjitaṃ | upayogo grahoktānāṃ yogānāṃ vāpy aśeṣataḥ || śigrukaṭvaṅgakiṇihīnimbatvagrasasādhitaṃ | caturguṇe gavāṃ mūtre tailmabhyaṅganai hitaṃ || godhānakulanālānāṃ vṛṣabhakṣarapi | pitteṣu tailaṃ siddhāñ ca nasyebhyaṅge ca pūjitam || tīkṣṇair ubhayatobhāgaiḥ śirasañ ca virecanaiḥ | kulatthayavakolāni sarabījaṃ palaṃkaśā || jaṭilā pañcamūle dve pathyāni kvāthyayogataḥ | bastamūtrayutaṃ sarppiḥ pacet tat pattikaṃ hitaṃ || vātikaṃ bastibhiś cāpi paittikañ ca virecanaiḥ | kaphajam vamanairddhīmānapasmāramupācaret || bhārggīsiddhe pacet kṣīre śālitaṇḍulapāyasaṃ | tryahaṃ kṣaudrayutaṃ bhoktuṃ varāhāyopakalpayet || jñātvā ca madhurībhūtaṃ tam visasyānumuddharet | trīn bhāgāntasya hiṇvasya cūrṇṇabhāgena saṃsṛjet || maṇḍodakārthe deyaś ca bhārggīkvāthe suśītale | śuddhe kumbhe nidadhyāc ca saṃbhāra taṃ surāt tataḥ || jātagandhā jātarasān pāyayed āsavam bhiṣak | sirāñ ca vyadhayet prāptāṃ maṅgalyañ cāpi dhārayed iti || uttaratantre ṣaṣṭitamo bhūtavidyāyām apasmārapracikitsā dvitīyodhyāyaḥ |||
athāta unmādapratiṣedhaṃ vyākhyāsyāmaḥ || madayanty uddhatā doṣā yasmād unmārggam āśritāḥ | mānaso yamato vyādhirunmāda iti kīrtyate || ekaikaśaḥ sarvvaśaś ca doṣairatyarthamūrcchitaiḥ | mānasena ca duḥkhena pañcamaś ca sa ucyate || viṣādbhavati ṣaṣṭhaś ca yathāsvaṃ tasya bheṣajaṃ | sa tu pravṛddhastaruṇo madasaṃjñāṃ bibhartti ha || mohodvegaḥ svanaḥ srotre gātrāṇāmapakarṣaṇaṃ | atyutsāho ruciś cānne svapne kaluṣamajjanaṃ || vāyunotmathanañ cāpi bhramasya tasya vā | yasya syur acireṇaiva unmādaṃ so dhigacchati || āsphoṭayatyasati gāyati nṛtyaśīlo vikrośati bhramati cāpy anilaprakopāt | tīkṣṇā himāmbuni caye pi sa vahniśaṅkī pittārddito nabhasi paśyati tārakāś ca || nidrāparo lpakathato lpabhuguṣṇasevī rātrau bhṛśam bhavati cāpi kaphaprakopāt | sarvātmake tribhir api vyatimiśritāni rūpāṇi vātakaphapittakṛtāni vidyāt || cauraiḥ sarājapuruṣairaribhir yathā vā vitrāsitasya dhanabāndhavasaṃkṣayādvā | gāḍhakṣate manasi ca priyayā riraṃsorjjāyeta cotkaṭataro manaso vikāraḥ || citram bravīti ca mano nugataṃ visaṃjño gāyaty atho hasati roditi | gayavāk sudīnaḥ śyāmānano viṣakṛte na bhaved visaṃjñaḥ || snigdha svinnan tu manujām unmādārttaṃ viśodhayet | tīkṣṇair ubhayatobhāgaiḥ śirasaś ca virecanaiḥ || vividhairavapīḍaiś ca sarṣapasnehapīḍitaiḥ | cūrṇṇaṃ śuklātha nāḍyā vā pradhame vāsyatas trayoḥ || satataṃ dhūpayec cainaṃ svagomā | bhyaṅgo hitaḥ sadā || ayaḥ pāṣāvabaddhaś ca rajjuvyāḍāyudhādibhaḥ | trāsayed rakṣamāṇañ ca naṃtaṃ prasuptaṃ tṛṇāgninā || jalādanāśinañ caiva śuddhe veśmani vāsayet | surakṣitam balavatā jale tam parisecayet || stambhāvabaddhaṃ yaṣṭībhiḥ kaśābhir vvāpi tāḍayet | marmāghātam vivarjjayet || cakrāpidhāne kūpe ca satatan tan nivāsayet | tryahāt tryahāc cāsmai dadyād yavāgūm atha tarppaṇaṃ | kevalen āmbunā vāpi kulmāśām vā bahuśrutaḥ || brāhmīmendrī viḍaṅgāni vyoṣa hiṅgu jaṭīsurāṃ | rāsnāṃ viṣaghnaṃ lasunaṃ viśalyāṃ surasām vacāṃ || jyotiṣmatī nāgavinnām anantāmabhavet tathā | saurāṣṭrīṇa samāṃśāni nāgamūtreṇa pīṣayet || chāyāviśuṣkās tāvatyāṃ yojayed vidhikovidaḥ | avapīte ñjane bhyaṅge nasye dhūpe tathaiva ca || uropāṅgalalāṭeṣu sirāṃ cāsya vimokṣayet | apasmārakriyāñ cāpi grahoddiṣṭāṃ ca kārayet || śāntadoṣaṃ viśuddhaś ca snehabastibhir ācaret | mṛdupūrvve made py evaṃ kriyāṃ mṛdvīm prayojayet || śokaśalyaṃ vyapanayed unmāde pañcame bhiṣag iti || uttaratantre ekaṣaṣṭitamo bhūtavidyāyām unmādacikitsā tṛtīyo dhyāyaḥ || ||

kaṣāyatiktakaṭukai rasaiḥ saṃyuktaṃ madravaṃ || nātisnigdhan nātirūkṣamuṣṇaṃ dīpanam eva ca | deyamannannṛpataye yajjalaṃ coktam āditaḥ || taptāyasa kṛtāmbho vā pibet kṣaudrayutañ ca yat | ahni varṣānilāviṣṭe tyarthaśītāmbusaṅkule || taruṇatvād vidāhañ ca gacchantyauṣayas tathā | tannimittaṃ ca matimān nātivyāyāmamācaret || nātiśīte purāṇās tu yavagodhūmaśālayaḥ | yūṣaiḥ mūpaiś ca kaṭubhir bhbhojyair hṛdyaiś ca jāṅgalaiḥ || mādhvīkaṃsīdhumalpam vā māhendram atha sārasaṃ | taptaśītaṃ kṣaudrayutaṃ kaupajam vā pibejjalaṃ || rvvānilaṃ gharmmasevāmudamanthaṃ sarijjalaṃ | divāsvapnam avaśyāyaṃ varjayec cātra maithunaṃ || pragharṣodvarttanasnānagandhasragṣṭamasevinā | bhūmyuṣmaparihārārthaṃ svapetmadhyamaveśmani || śīte sāgnau nivāte ca guruprāvaraṇānvitaḥ | kṣate kledādidoṣāṃś ca varjjayec cha || yāyānnāgavadhūbhiś ca praśastāgurubhūṣita iti || vyāpanītadharābhogaghananīlāvaguṇṭhite | vyomniprasannadirggalavdha prasarabhāskare || śkrāstralavdhasandarśa jāyamānoddhate tataḥ | ākramati laverllakṣmīs tiraskṛtya ghanaṃ ghanaṃ || varṣāsu sañcitam pittam auṣṇyāc charadi kupyati | tasmāt pittaghnaṃ madhuram īṣallaghu satiktakaṃ | sasarppirjjāṅgala yutaṃ śa śarady adyāt prakāṅkṣataḥ || haṇiṇān pṛṣatān lāvāñ chaśānerṇān kapiñjalān | muṅgāñ chālīnyavān jīrṇṇān seven nātivyavāyavān || divā hi kṣāratīkṣṇo uṣṇadivāsvapnagurūṇyatha | śākaṃ guru ca yat māṃsamavaśyāyañ ca varjjayet || kukṣīrasevī ca bhvet tatra vet tatra narādhipa | varṣāsu sañcitaṃ pittaṃ nirharec ca virecanaiḥ | tiktaḥ sarppiḥ prayogair vvā sirāṇāñ ca vimokṣaṇaiḥ || svāduśītañ jale medhyaṃ śucisphaṭikanirmmalaṃ | śarac candrāṃśunirddhūtamagastyodayanirvviṣaṃ || prasannatvāc ca salilaṃ sarvvam eva tadā hitaṃ | śāliṣu || candanaṃ vāsakarpūraṃ vāsaś cāmalinaṃ laghuḥ | bhajec ca śāradaṃ mālyaṃ sīdhvoḥdhoḥ pānañ ca yuktitaḥ || candrapādāḥ sahṛdvarggaḥ sukhānidhurāśiraḥ | pittaprasamanaṃ yac ca tac ca sarvvan samācarediti | hemantaḥ śītalo rūkṣo mandasūryo nilākulaḥ | annapānān tilān māṣān śākāni ca | tathekṣuvikṛtāñchālīn sugandhāṃś ca vānapi | prasahānūpamāṃsāni kravyādabilaśāyināṃ || audakānāṃ plavānāñ ca pādināṃ copayojayet | madyāni ca prasannāni yac ca kiñcid balapradaṃ || kāmatas tan niseveta puṣṭim icchan himāgame | taile koṣṇa sukhoṣṇe vā praśastamavagāhanaṃ || saśiraṣkan tathābhyaṅgam vyācācare bhṛśaṃ | sukhodakāvagāham vā śaucamuṣṇāmbum eva ca || sāṃgārayāne mahati dhūpāmodamadotkaṭau | aurṇṇakauseyasamvītaśayane kuthakāstṛte || kuṃkumāgurudigdhāṃge nivāte gṛhagahvare | śayītaśayane cāpi suvistīrṇṇe manorame || sevyamāno mṛdusparśai nirddayair upagūhanaiḥ | tatrāpanītahārāṃs tu priyānāryaḥ svalaṃkṛtāṃ || rāmayeyuryathākālaṃ balād api madotkaṭāḥ | eṣa eva vidhiḥ kāryaḥ śiśire samudāhṛtaḥ || hemante śeṣaḥ śiśiraḥ kecidicchanti vaidyakāḥ | medyamārutajaṃ śītaṃ raukṣyaṃ rādānajaṃ yataḥ || bhajejjijīviṣus tatra soṣṇasnigdhataramvidhiṃ | tatra manthamavasyāyam pravātaṃ rūkṣabhojanaṃ || malināni ca vāsānsi tathā snānañ ca varjjayed iti || 0 || mbumadhurasnigdhadivāsvapna gurūṇi ca | varjjayed vamanādīni karmmāṇy api ca kārayet || ṣaṣṭikānanavāñ chālīn nīvārān mudga kodravān | lāvādiviṣkirarasaiś cādyādyūṣañ ca yuktibhiḥ || paṭolanimbavetrāgratikaiś cānyair himātyaye | dhvāsavāriṣṭā sīdhumādhvīkam eva ca || vyāyāmam añjanan dhūman tīkṣṇañ ca kavaḍagrahaṃ | uṣṇāmbunā ca sarthān seveta kusumāgame || yavamudgamadhuprāyaṃ vasante bhojane hitaṃ || vyāyāmaṃ vyadhikañ cāsya sarvva eva praśasyate || śirovirekair vvamananaiḥ kaṣāyaiḥ kavaḍagrahaiḥ | nirharedapramattaś ca hemante pacitaṅ kaphaṃ | śuciḥ ścandanāgarubhūṣitaḥ || pīnastanorujaṃghānā rūpayauvanaśālinīṃ || kānaneṣu vicitreṣu sarvvālaṅkārabhūṣitāṃ | romayed yāvad uthaṃ sumanāḥ kusumāgame || tataś candrakarālokān pradoṣaṃ sat suhṛjjanaḥ | saṃseved athavā liṅgya svapet kāntāṅgṛhodare || ādadānaḥ karair grīṣme jagatsnehaṃ vaniyām iva kṣitau || vitratyāṃ durbhbhagaṃ rūksaṃ rathadbhārāruṇamvapuḥ | vātacakrasamuddhūtaśuṣkaparṇṇasvanānvitaṃ || raukṣyaṃ saṃjanayaty pibet prātas takraiḥ śītatoyottaraṃ naraḥ || yavagodhūmavikṛtīḥ śālīṃś ca vividhān api | prasahānūpamānsāni vṛṣyāṇyanyāni yāni ca || prakārair vvividhair adyānnidāghe svakuṭumbinā | ṣāḍavair vvividhair āgair mmo saṃskṛtaiḥ || suśītaiḥ snigdhamadhurais tarppayecchoṣitāṃs tarūn | hitañ ca bhojanaṃ grīṣme śītalam madhuran dravaṃ || saśarkkareṇa payasā rātrāvapitu pūjitaṃ | sarānsi vāpyaḥ sarito vanāni rucirāṇi ca || candanāni parārdhyāni tathā sakamalotpalāḥ || tālavṛntānilāhārās tathā śītagṛhāṇi ca || gharmmakālan nibodheta vāsānsi sulaghūni ca | divā śītagṛhe cāpi padmotpaladalo yute | śayīta cayanakāmaṃ spṛśyamānā nilaiḥ sukhaiḥ || rātrau harmmyatale hṛdye puṣpaprakarabhūṣite | jalajaih kusumaiś citraiś candrapādāvaguṇṭhitaiḥ || vyajanair vvījamānaś ca spṛśyamānaś ca komalaiḥ | strīṇāṃ stanaiḥ karaiś cāpi muktāhāraiś ca śītalaiḥ || saṃsevyamāna āsīta suhṛdbhir abhisamvṛtaḥ | śayītaśayane śubhre candanārdrakaṭo naraḥ || kṣoc chuṣkeṣu deheṣu grīṣme vā puṣpitovalī || pravṛddhagambhīrarambhīraraver mmeghair ativināditaiḥ | prodbhinnakandale ṣyāmakadambakuṭajārjjane || mālatīkusumāmodadaśāśāpūritembare | surendragopamaṇḍukaiḥ prakīrṇṇavasudhātale || dvirefakṛtasaṅgītanalinīvanabhūṣite | śikhaṇḍināyakavanair nnādyārambhakṛtotsave || daurbbalyakāṣṭhāṃ paramāṃ yadā gacchati bhāskare | śītavātābhravarṣais tu vāyuḥ prāvṛṣi kupyati || nidāghopacitañ caiva prakupyanti samīraṇaṃ | nihanyādavilambena vidhinā vyādhikovidaḥ || caryāḥ sukhoṣṇāśyaratās tailāni vividhāni ca | bṛṃhaṇa kiñcidabhiṣyandi tathaiva ca || navāmburūkṣaśītānnaṃ śaktūṃś cāpi vivarjjayet | yavaṣaṣṭikaśālīṃś cas tathā || harmmyamadhye nivāte ca bhajec chayyāṃ mṛdūttarāṃ | saviṣaprāṇiviṇmūtralālāniṣṭhīvanādibhiḥ || samāplutan tadā toyamāntarīkṣa viṣopamaṃ | vāyunā viṣajuṣṭena prāvṛṣe yena dūṣitam || tad dhi sarvvopayogeṣu tasmin kāle vivarjjayet | ariṣṭāsavamaireyaṃ sopadaṃśāṃs ca yuktitaḥ || pibet prāvṛṣi jīrṇṇāṃs tu rātrau prāvṛṣi varjjayet | nirūhairbbastibhiś cāpi tathānye mārutāpahaiḥ || kupitaṃ śamayed vātam vārṣikañ ca caredvidhiṃ | bhūyo varṣītu parjjyanyo gaṅgāyādakṣiṇejane || tatra ca pravṛt vapārthyo ṛtū teṣāṃ prakīrttitau || tasya evottare deṣe himavad dravyasaṃkule | bhūyaḥ śītatamas tatra hemantaśiśiregratū || ṛtāvṛtau ya etena vidhinā varttate naraḥ | ghorānṛtukṛtān rogānnāpnuyān na kadācana || ata ūrddhvan dvādaśāśanapravicārān vakṣyāmaḥ || tad yathā śītoṣṇasnigdharūkṣadravaśuṣkekakālikauṣadhayuktahīnamātrādoṣamanapravṛddhyarthān || tṛṣṇāmadavidāhārtād raktapittaviṣāturān| saṃmūrcchā strīṣu ca kṣīṇāṃ śītairannair upācaret || kaphavātāmayāviṣṭāṃ viriktaṃ snehapāyinaḥ | aklinnakāyāṃś ca narānuṣṇairannair upācaret || vātikān rūkṣadehāṃś ca vyavāyopahatāṃs tathā | vyāyāminaś cāpi narān snigdhairannair upācaret || medasārānapi | kaphābhipannadehāś ca rūkṣairvvarggair upācaret || śuṣkadehī pipāsārttā durbbalānapi ca vraṇairḥ | praklinnadeha vraṇinaḥ śuṣkairmmehinam eva ca || ekakālam bhaveddeyo durbbalāgnivivṛddhaye | samāgnaye tathāhāro dviḥ kālam atha pūjitaḥ || auṣadhadveṣiṇe deya | mandāgnaye rogiṇe ca mātrāhīnaḥ praśasyate || yatharttudahas ttv āhāro doṣaḥ praśamanaḥ smṛtaḥ | ataḥ paraṃ ttū scaskānāṃ sarvva eva praśasyate || ata ūrddhvaṃ daśoṣadhakālān vakṣyāmaḥ || tatrābhaktaṃ prāgbhaktaṃ } adhobhaktaṃ | madhyebhaktaṃ | antarābhaktaṃ | subhaktaṃ | sāmudgaṃ | muhurmmuhur ggrāsaṃ | grāsāntarañ ceti || || yaḥ kevalamauṣadham upayute || vīryādhikaṃ bhavati bheṣajam anuhīnaṃ hanyāt tathāmayamasaṃśayamāś ca caiva | tad bālavṛddhavanitāmṛdavastu pītvā ślātiṃ parāṃ samupayānti balakṣayañ ca || prāgbhaktan nāma || yat prāgbhaktantat pīyate paścānujyate tac chīghraṃ vipākam upayāti balan na hiṃsyād annāvṛtatvān na ca muhur mmuhurvvadanān nireti | prāgbhaktasevinam adhobalamādadhāti | dadyāc ca vṛddhasitūtīrukṛśāṅganānyaḥ || adhobhaktan nāma || yadabhuktā pīyate pītaṃ yad annam upayujya tad ūrddhvakāye hatvā gadāṃ bahuvidhāṃś ca balaṃ dadāti || madhye bhaktan nāma | yan madhye bhaktasya pīyate | madhye ttū pītam apahanty avisāritābhāvā ye dehamadhyam atibhūya bhavanti rogāḥ || antarābhaktan nāma || yad are pāyate | pūrvvāparayo bhaktayoḥ | hṛdyaṃ manobalakaraṃ tvapi dīpanañ ca | pathyaṃ sadā bhavati cāntarabhaktakan tat || sabhaktan nāma | oṣadheyu yat sādhyate | pathyaṃ sabhaktam abalābalayor hi nityaṃ | tad veṣiṇām api tathā sistūvṛddhayoś ca || sāmudgan nāma | yad bhaktasyādāvante ca pīyate | doṣe dvidhā prasavite ttū samudgasaṃjñāḥ | ādyantayo || muhur mmuhurn nāma | sabhaktam vā yad oṣadhaṃ muhur mmuhur upayujyate | śvāse muhur mmuhur atiprasṛte ca kāse hikkāvamīṣu ca bhavatyupayojyametat || grāsan nāma | yat piṇḍaṃ vyāmiśram upayujyate | grāseṣu cūrṇṇam abalāgniṣu dīpanīyaṃ vājīkarāṇy api ca yojayituṃ yateta || grāsāntaran nāma | piṇḍā ṣu visṛjed vamanīyadhūmāc chvāsādiṣuviṣṭaguṇāṃś ca lehān || evam ete daśauṣadhakālā bhavanti || bhavati cātra || visṛṣṭe viṇmūtre viśadakaraṇai | dehe ca sulaghau | dve rodgare hṛdi ca vimale vāte ca sarati | tathānnaśuddhāyā klamaparisame ktūkṣau śithile | prayadeyas tv āhāro bhavati | ṣajasātmrakriyeti | bhagavān āha dhanvantariḥ || uttare tantre svastharakṣaṇīyaṃ dvāpañcāśattamaḥ kāyacikitsāyām aṣṭāviṃśatitamaḥ ||
athātas tantrayuktyād deśan nāmādhyāyaṃ vyākhyāsyāmaḥ || tatra dvātriṃśat tantrayuktayo bhavanti | tad yathā | adhikaraṇaṃ| yogaḥ | padārthaḥ| hetvarthaḥ | uddeśaṃ | || || atideśaḥ | upadeśaḥ | pradeśaḥ | atideśaṃ | apavarggaḥ | vākyaśeṣaḥ | arthāpattiḥ | viparyayaḥ | prasaṅgaḥ | ekāntaḥ | anekāntaḥ | pūrvvapakṣaḥ | nirṇṇayaḥ | aḍūmataṃ | vidhānaṃ | anāgataipekṣaṇaṃ | atikrāntāpekṣaṇam | saṃśayaḥ | vyākhyānaṃ | svasaṃjñā | nirvvacanaṃ | nidarśanaṃ | niyogaḥ | vikalpaḥ | samuccayaḥ | ūhyam iti || atrāha | āsāṃ yuktīnāṃ kiṃ prayojanaṃ | ucyate | vākyayojanam arthayojanañ ca || ślokau cātra bhavataḥ || asadaprayuktānāñ ca śabdānām pratiṣedhanaṃ | svavākyasiddhir api ca kriyate tantrayuktibhiḥ || vyatyāsoktās tu ye hy arthā līnā ye cāpy anirmmalāḥ | lesauktā ye ca kecit syus teṣāñ cāpi prasādhanaṃ || tatra yo rdham adhikṛtyocyate tad adhikaraṇaṃ | yathā rasaṃ doṣaṃ vā || yena vākyaṃ yujyate sa yogaḥ | yathā nāṃ sannikṛṣṭānām padārthānām ekīkaraṇaṃ | tailaṃ pibec cāmṛtavalli nimba haṃhṛyā vṛkṣakapippalībhiḥ | siddhaṃ balābhyāñ ca sadevadāru hitāya nitya galagaṇḍaroge | || dvisaṃ pibed iti prathamaṃ vaktavye dvitīye | pāde siddhaṃ prayuktam evan dūrasthānām api padānām ekīkaraṇaṃ yogaḥ || yo 'rtho bhihitaḥ sūtra payo rthaḥ sa padārthaḥ | aparimitāsra padārthāḥ | yatra ntū sneha svedābhyañjaneṣu dvayos trayāṇām vārthānām upapattir dṛśyate tatra yo 'rthaḥ pūrvvāparayoga siddho bhavati | yathā vedotpattim adhyāyaṃ vyākhyāsyāma ity ukte | sandihyate buddhiḥ katamasya vedasyotpattiṃ vakṣyati | sāmavedādayaś ca ve kṣya vinda vida ity etayoś ca dhātvor ekārthaḥ | paścāt padam bhavati | āyurvvedotpattim ayam vivakṣur iti eṣa padārthaḥ | yad uktaṃ sādhanaṃ bhavati sa hetvarthaḥ | yathā mṛtpiṇḍo 'dbhiḥ praklidyate tathā māṣa dugdha prabhṛtibhir vvraṇaḥ klidyate || samāsa vacana sa uddeśaḥ | yathā salyam iti | vistaravacanaṃ nirddeśaḥ | yathā sārīram āntū ceti || evam ity upadeśaḥ || yathā rātrau na jāgṛyād divā na supyād iti || anena kāraṇenety apadeśaḥ | yathāpadiśyate madhureṇa śleṣmābhivardhana īti || prakṛtasyātikrāntena sādhanam pradeśaḥ || yathā devadattasyānena salyam uddhṛtaṃ yajñadattasyāyam uddhariṣyatīti || prakṛtasyānāgatena sādhanam atideśaḥ | yathā yad yasya vāyur ūrdhvam uttiṣṭhati | tenodāvantī syād iti || abhipramṛjvāpakarṣaṇam apavarggaḥ | yathā asvedyā viṣopasṛṣṭā anyatra mūtrakīṭaviṣād iti | yena panāntūktena vākyaṃ samāpyate sa vākyaśeṣaḥ | yathā śiraḥpāṇipādapṛṣṭhadhāsvediravān ity ukte puruṣagrahaṇam vināpi gamyate puruṣa evokta iti || dayakīrttitam arthād āpadyaterthāpattiḥ | yathā odanaṃ bhokṣyāmahe tyakte arthād āpannam bhavati | nāyaṃ pipāsur yavāgūr iti | yady asya prātilomyaṃ tad viparyayaḥ | yathā kṛśālpaprāṇābhīravo duścikitsyā ity ukta viparītaṃ gṛhante dṛḍhādayaḥ | sucikitsyā iti || prakaraṇāntareṇa samānaḥ prasaṃgaḥ | yathādhikaraṇāntarito yo rtha asakṛd asakṛd aḥ samāpyate sarvvatra || yad avadhāraṇenocyate sa ekāntaḥ || yathā trivṛtā virecati madanaphalaṃ vāmayati | kvacit tathā kvacid anyathā so 'nekāntaḥ | yathā kecid ācāryā bruvate dravyam pradhānaṃ kecid rasāḥ kecid dvitīyā kecid vipāka iti || yas tū niḥsaṃśayam abhidhīyate sa pūrvvapakṣaḥ | yathā kathaṃ vāte nimittāś catvāraḥ pramehā asādhyā bhavanti | tasyāntaran nirṇṇayaḥ | yathā śarīraṃ prapīḍya praścotayitvādho gatvā vasāmedomajjāttūviddhaṃ mūtraṃ sṛjati evam asādhyā vātajāḥ || paramamata pratiṣiddhamantramataṃ | yathā yo brūyāt pattrasā iti || vādī tac ca prati pratipādyāt tū manyate kathañ cit tamatan nāma || prakaraṇān tū pūrvvyād abhihitaṃ vidhānam || yathā śakti sakthi2marmmāṇy ekādaśa prakaraṇāt tū pūrvvyāni || evaṃ vakṣyatīty anāgatāpekṣaṇaṃ | yathā ślokasthāne brūyāc cikitsyeṣu vakṣyāmīti || ity uktam atikrāntāpekṣaṇaṃ | yathā cikitsiteṣu brūyāc chlokasthāne yad abhihitam iti || ubhayantattūnidarśanaṃ saṃśayaḥ | yathā lahṛdayaghātaḥ prāṇaharaḥ pāṇipādacchedanam aprāṇaharaḥ || tatrātimayo 'pavarṇṇanaṃ vyākhyānaṃ | yatheha pañcaviṅśakaḥ vyākhyāyate | tathā nānyeṣv āyurvvedatantreṣu sutādim pratyārabdhaś cintā iti || anyaśāstrāsāmānyā svajñā ṣu tantreṣu saṃjñā yā svasaṃjñā | yatheha śāstre mithunam iti | madhusarppiṣo grahaṇaṃ trivṛtam iti | sarppistailavasā || lokaprathitam udāharaṇaṃ nirvvacanaṃ | yathoṣṇabhayāc chām antūsarati || dṛṣṭāntavyaktir nnirvvacanaṃ | yathā agnir vvāyusahiphaduṣṇo vraṇo bhivṛddhiṃ gacchatīti || idam eveti niyogaḥ | yathā pathyam eva bhoktavyam iti || idam evedañ ceti vikalpaḥ | yathā māṃsavargge eṇahariṇalāvatittirāḥ pradhānā īti || saṃkṣepa vacanaṃ ca samuccayaḥ | tad iṣṭaṃ buddhigamyan tad ūhyaṃ || yahitaṃ | atrohyam bhavati annapāne viśiṣṭe dvayo grahaṇe caturṇṇām api grahaṇaṃ bhavatīti || kiñcānyena anne bhakṣyam aviruddhad yena sādharmmyāt | caturvvidhas tv āharaḥ | praviralaḥ prāyeṇa dvividha eva ca | āto dvitvaprasiddha |
annaśāstārthasandehaṃ sukṣmāgādham ivodadhiṃ | viśvāmitrasutaḥ śrīmān suśrutaḥ paripṛcchati || dviṣaṣṭir ddoṣabhedā ye punas tān parikīrttitāḥ | kati tatraikaśo jñayā viṃśo vāpy athavā triśaḥ || tasya tad vacanaṃ śrutvā saṃśayacchinya rayanty ete hy avyāpannā rasair hitaiḥ | puruṣaḥ ṣoḍśakalaḥ prāṇāś caikā daśaś caye || rogaṇāñ ca sahasraṃ yac chatam viṅśatir eva ca | vyāsataḥ kīrttitan tad dhi bhinnādoṣās tryo guṇāḥ || dviṣaṣṭidhā bhavanty ete bhūyiṣṭham iti niścayaḥ | traya eva kṣayam āgataiḥ || hīnamadhyādhikād vekakṣīṇavṛddhas tathāpare | dvādaśaiva samākhyātā rogayonir dviṣaṣṭidhā || miśrādhātumlaiś caiva yānty asaṃkhyeyanām api | tasmāt prasaṃgasaṃsavya doṣabhedavikalpanaiḥ || rogam viditvopacared rasa ṇāṃ henty anyathā kṛtaṃ || adhyāyānāñ catuḥṣaṣtyāgrathitārthapadakramaṃ | etad eva viśeṣeṇa tantram uttaram ṛddhimat || spa gūḍhārthagambhīramagādhammandacetasāṃ | yathākramaṃ yathā prastaṃ yathā vidhiḥ || yathā pratijñāś camayābha apasmāronmādakañ caiva rasabhedas tathaiva ca || svasthārakṣāvidhānañ ca tantrayuktiś ca doṣabhit | ity ebhir ddarśakaṃ proktaṃ punaḥ kāyacikitsite || ❈ || iti sauśrute sahottaratantraṃ catuḥṣaṣṭitamo 'dhyāyaḥ samāptaḥ || ❈ ||
