This is one of three Nepalese manuscripts of the Samādhirājasūtra, a Mahāyāna Buddhist text, in the collection of the Bibliothèque nationale de France. Notably, this manuscript was used in the 1938 edition of Konstantin Régamey ("B."), prior to the discovery of the Gilgit manuscript.

According to the note on the recto of the first folio, this manuscript was given to Eugène Burnouf by Brian Houghton Hodgson in 1841.

anirodham anutpannam anāvilam anakṣaraṃ | mahāyānam ahaṃ toṣye buddhajñānābhivāñchayā || tārakaṃ sarvasatvānāṃ ghorāt saṃsārasāgarāt_ | saṃsthāpakaṃ ca nirvāṇe śānte kṣemaḥ niruttare ||

eva mayā śrutam ekasmiṃ samaye bhagavān rājagṛhe viharati sma gṛdhrakūṭe parvate mahatā bhikṣusaṃghena sārdhaṃ paripūrṇena bhikṣuśatasahasreṇa |

tatra bhagavān puna api Candraprabhaṃ Kumārabhūtam āmantrayate sma | tasmāt tarhi Kumāra bodhisatvena mahāsatvenemaṃ samāhim ākāṃkṣātā kṣipraṃ cānuttarāṃ samyaksa[ṃbo]dhim abhisaṃboddhukāmena sarvadharmāṇām abhāvasvabhāvajñānakuśalena bhavivatavyṃ |

kathaṃ ca kumāra bodhisatvo mahāsatvaḥ sarvadharmāṇām abhāvasvabhāvajñānakuśalo bhavati | iha kumāra bodhisatvena mahāsatvena abhāvasvabhāvā animittā alakṣaṇā anutpannā aniruddhā anakṣarāḥ śūnyā ādiśāntāḥ prakṛtiviśuddhāḥ sarvadharmāḥ prajñātavyāḥ |

yadā ca kumāra bodhisatvena mahāsatvena abhāvasvabhāvā animittā alakṣaṇā anutpannā aniruddhā anakṣarāḥ śūnyā ādiśāntāḥ prakṛtiviśuddhāḥ sarvadharmāḥ parijñātā bhavati | yathābhūtatas tadāyaṃ kumāra bodhisatvo mahāsatvaḥ sarvadharmāṇā abhāvasvabhāvajñānakuśala ity ucyate |

sarvadharmāṇām abhāvasvabhāvajñānakuśālo hi kumāra bodhisatvo mahāsatvaḥ sarvarūpaśabdagandharasaspraṣṭavyadharmebhyo na rajyate na duṣyate na muhyate |

tat kasya hetos tathā hi sa taṃ dhamaṃ na samanupaśyati taṃ dhamaṃ nopalabhate | yo rajy[e]ta yata vā rajy[e]ta yena vā rajy[e]ta yo duṣy[e]ta yatra vā duṣyatra yena vā duṣy[e]ta | y[o] muhy[e]ta yatavā muhy[en]a yena vā muhyeta sa taṃ dharmaṃ samanupaśyati | sa taṃ dharmaṃ nopalabhate |

taṃ dharmam asamanupaśyann anupalabhamānaḥ sarvatraidhātukenādhyyavasito bhavati kṣipram imaṃ samādhim pratilabhate kṣiprañ cānuttarāṃ samyaksambodhim abhisaṃbudhyate | tatredam ucyate ||

abhāvāḥ sarvadharmā animittā alakṣaṇā anutpannā aniruddhāś ca evaṃ dharmān vijñānatha | abhāvā nakṣarāḥ sarva śūnyā śādinimittaḥ | ya evaṃ jānatī dharmāṃ kumārā buddha socyate | tasmādd hi yo icchi vipāñcitām imā svabhāvasamatāṃ sugatāna [mātā] sa bhāvayātu sarvi abhāvadharmāṃ pratilapsyatīmāṃ jananāṃ jinānāṃ ||
