dhāraṇī ātmīyā gośabdatvādikā na tu sakalaśabdasādhāraṇī śabdatvādiḥ || evaṃ vīsādhāraṇatvena viśeṣaṇā tayā saṃvaṃdhāvyabhi
vāraḥ || śabdasyārthajātyā saṃvaṃdhavyabhivāraḥ || śabdasyārthajātyā saṃvaṃdhavyabhivāraḥ || syārthajātyāṃ saṃvadhavyabhivāraḥ śabdasyārthajā
tyā saṃvaṃdhavyabhivāraṃ pīti sa jātir eva mukhyam abhidheyam ity uktaṃ bhavati tathā va vākyakāraḥ || na vā śabdapūrvako hy arthe saṃpratyaya
iti sata evāvyabhivāriṇyā svarūpajātyer arthajātyabhidhāne śabdasya nāṃtarīyakam abhidhānam iti prathamam ity āhā yadabhedena ya
