sālarājādanairaṇḍacāreṅgudimadhūkajāḥ | majjāno gugguludhyāmamāṃsīkālānusārivā | śrīsarjarasaśaileyamadhūcchiṣṭāni cāharet | tat sarvaṃ sukṛtaṃ cūrṇṇaṃ snehenāloḍya yuktitaḥ | ṭuṇṭūkavṛttāt sakṣaudrāt ca | gavāṃ mūtreṇa manujo bhāgāṃ dharaṇasaṃmitāṃ | eṣa sarvāṃ kaphakṛtāṃ rogān yogopakarṣati | kṣīrekṣurasagomūtradadhistvamlakāñjikaiḥ | vidadhyāt kavalāṃvīkṣya doṣaṃ tailaghṛtair api | rogānāṃ mukhajātānāṃ sādhyānāṅ karma kīrttitaṃ || asādhyām api vakṣyāmi rogā ye yatra kīrttitāḥ | auṣṭhaprakopo varjyā syur māṃsaraktatridoṣajāḥ | dantamūleṣu varjyau tu triliṃgagatisauṣirau | danteṣu ca na sidhyanti śyāvadālanabhañjanāḥ | jihvāgateṣv alāṃsantu tālavyeṣv arvudaṃ tathā | svaraghno valayaṃ vṛndaṃ valāsasahacāriṇāṃ | galaughamāṃsatānaś ca śataghnī rohiṇītale | asādhyāḥ kīrttitā hyete rogā daurggandhyopadehau tu śleṣmāṇaṃ cāpakarṣati | vaiśadyam anne bhiruciṃ saumanasyaṃ karoti ca | snigdhāṃ śuklāṃś ca daśanāṃ jihvāyāpi ca lāghavaṃ | na cāpigalatālvauṣṭhajihvārogasamudbhavaḥ | na khādet mukhaśoṣī tu śvāsahikkāvamīṣu ca | durvalojīrṇṇabhaktaś ca mūrcchārtto madapīḍitaḥ | śirorujāṃrttas tṛṣitaḥ śrānta pānaklamānvitaḥ | arditī karṇṇaśūlī ca dantarogī ca mānavaḥ | jihvānirlekhanaṃ raupyaṃ sauvarṇṇaṃ vārkṣam eva | tan malāpaharaṃ śastaṃ mṛduślakṣṇaṃ daśāṃgulaṃ | mukhavairasya vaigandhyaṃ śophajāḍyāpahaṃ sukhaṃ | dṛḍhīkarañ ca dantānāṃ snehagaṇḍūṣadhāraṇaṃ | tāmvūlapatraṃ sakṣāraṃ pūgaṃ hṛdyaṃ kaphāpahaṃ | mukhavaiśadyasaugandhyakāntisauṣṭhavakārakaṃ | pathyaṃ suptotthite bhukte vānte srānte ca mānave | rūkṣadurvalamattānām ahitaṃ cāsyaśoṣiṇāṃ | keśabhūmigatānrogāṃ śirobhyaṅgopakarṣati | keśānāṃ mṛdutā snigdhaṃ rukpraśāntiṃ karoti ca || karoti śirasas tṛptiṃ keśānāṃ dṛḍhatām api | santarpaṇaś cendriyāṇāṃ dantobhyaṅgas tu mūrdhni tu | keśaprasādhanī keśyā rajojantu malāpahā | hanumanyāśiraḥkarṇṇaśūlaghnaṃ karṇṇapūraṇaṃ | abhyaṅgo mārdavakaraḥ kaphavātanirodhanaḥ | dhāūnām puṣṭijanano mṛjāvarṇṇavalapradaḥ | sekaḥ śramaghnonilahā bhagnasandhiprasādhakaḥ | kṣatāgnidagdhābhihatavighṛṣṭānāṃ rujāpahaḥ | siktasyābhipravardhante yathāpuṣpo ṅkurastaroḥ | tathā dhātuvivṛddhirhi snehasiktasya jāyate | śirāmukhair lomakūpair dhamanībhiś ca tarpayan | śarīre valam ādhatte sneho vai sādhu yojitaḥ | tatra prakṛti sātmyartudeśadoṣavikāravit | tailaṃ ghṛtam vā matimān yuñjād abhyaṅgasekayoḥ || kevalaṃ tv āmadoṣeṣu na kathañcana yojayet | taruṇajvaryajīrṇṇī ca nirdoṣaṃ paripacyate | raktapittī kṛśaḥ śoṣī kāsī śvāsī kṣatāturaḥ | bhuktavāṃs trīṣu ca kṣīṇo vyāyāmaṃ parivarjayet | vyāyāmo hi samapathyo valināṃ snigdhabhojināṃ | sa ca śīte vasante ca teṣāṃ svargyam āyuṣyaṃ dhanadhānyābhivardhanaṃ | gurudevataviprāṇām pūjanaṃ gotravardhanaṃ | āhāraḥ prīṇanaḥ sadyo valakṛddehadhāraṇaṃḥ | smṛtyāyuḥ pakkitejojaḥ satvotsāhābhivardhanaḥ | pādaprakṣālanaṃ pādarogaśramamalāpahaṃ | cakṣu prasādajananaṃ rakṣoghnaṃ prītivardhanaṃ | nidrākaro dehasukhaṃ cakṣuṣyaḥ pādarogahā | pādatvaṅ mṛdukarttā ca pādābhyaṅgaḥ praśasyate | pādarogaharaṃ vṛṣyam āyuṣyañcakṣuṣe hi taṃ | sukhapracāram aujasyaṃ sadāpādatradhāraṇam | anārogyam anāyuṣyam indriyaghnam adṛṣṭikṛt | pādābhyām anupānabhyāṃ nṛṇāñ caṅkramaṇaṃ sadā | pāpmopaśamanaṃ keśanakharomāpamārjanaṃ | harṣalāghavasaubhāgyam utsāhakaravardhanaṃ | pavitraṃ keśyamuṣṇīśaṃ vātātaparajonudaṃ | chatraṃ vātātaparujo mārutāpaharaṃ śubhaṃ | satvotsāhavalasthairyadhairyavīryābhivardhanaṃ | avaṣṭambhakarañcāpi rakṣoṣṇaṃghnaṃ daṇḍadhāraṇaṃ | āsyāvarṇṇaśleṣmamedaḥ saukumāryakarī sukhā | adhvāvarṇṇaśleṣmamedaḥ saukumāryavināśanaḥ | yat tu caṃkramaṇan nātidehapīḍākaraṃ bhavet | tad āyurvalamedhāgnipradam indriyavodhaṇaṃ | śramānilaharaṃ vṛṣyaṃ puṣṭinidrādhṛtipradaṃ | sukhaṃ śayyāsanan tasmād viparītam ato nyathā | vālavyajanamaujasyaṃ makṣikādīn apohati | svedadāhatṛṣāmūrcchāśramaghno vyajanānilaḥ | prītinidrākaraṃ vṛṣyaṃ kaphavātaśramāpahaṃ | samvāhanaṃ māṃsaraṃsatvakprasādakaraṃ tathā | pravātaṃ raukṣyavaivarṇṇstambhakṛhapaktinut | nāgnivrāhmaṇaprekṣādampatyor antareṇātīyāt | na śavam anuyāyāt | devagovrāhmaṇacaityadhvajarogipatitapāpakarttṛṇāñ ca chāyānnākrāmet nāstaṃ gacchantam udyantam ādityaṃ paśyet | gāṃ dhayantīṃ parasyaṃ kramaśaḥ | nāvākchirāśayīta | na bhinnapātre bhuñjīta | nāñjalipuṭenāpaḥ pivet | kālahitamitasnigdhamadhuraprāyamāraṃ vaidyapratyavekṣitam aśnīyāt | grāmagaṇagaṇikāpatitaśatrubhojanāni pariharet | śeṣāṇy api cāniṣṭarūparasagandhaśabdasparśamānasāni anyān evaṃ guṇān api cāsambhramadattāni tāny api na makṣikāvālopahitāni | nāprakṣālitapāṇipādau bhuñjīta | mūtroccārapīḍito vā | na sandhyayor nāpāśrito nātikālahīnam atimātraṃ veti || yasmin yasmin ṛtau ye ye doṣāḥ kupyanti dehināṃ | teṣu teṣu pradātavyā rasās te vijānatā | varṣāsu caturo māsāṃ mātrāvadukaṃ pivet | uṣṇaṃ himavasante cakāsaṃ grīṣme ca śītalaṃ | hemante ca vasante ca sīdhvariṣṭau piven naraḥ | śritaśītaṃ payo grīṣme prāvṛṭkāle rasaṃ pivet | yūṣaṃ varṣati tasyānte prapivec chītalaṃ jalaṃ | svastha eva mato nyas tu doṣāhāgadāturāḥ | snehaṃ pippalicūrṇṇena saindhavena ca saṃyutaṃ | pived agnivivṛdhyarthaṃ na ca vegāṃ vidhārayet | agnidīptir alaṃ nṛṇāṃ rogānāṃ sramanaṃ prati | prāvṛṭcharadvasanteṣu samyak snehādim ācaret | kaphe pracchardanaṃ pitte viro vastir īraṇe | śasyate triṣvapihito vyāyāmo doṣanāśanaḥ | utsargamaithunāhāraśodhane syāt tu tanmanā | necchet pratibhayāṃ prāptuṃ pīḍāśārīramānasīṃ | atistrīsaṃprayogāc ca rakṣedātmānam ātmavān | śoṣakāsajvarārśāṃsi śvāsakāśryātipāṇḍutā | ativyavāyāj jāyante rogāś cākṣepagādayaḥ | āyuṣmanto mandajarāvapurvarṇṇavalādhikāḥ | sthiropacitamāṃsāś ca bhavanti strīṣu saṃyatāḥ | tribhistribhirahobhis tu seveta pramamadānnaraḥ | sarveṣv ṛtuṣu grīṣme tu pakṣāt pakṣād vrajed vudhaḥ | rajasvalāmakāmāñ ca malinām aprajām api | varṇṇavṛddhām vayovṛddhaṃ tathā vyādhiprapīḍitāṃ | hīnāṅgīṃ garbhiṇīṃ dveṣyāṃ yonidoṣasamanvitāṃ | sagotrāṃ gurupatnīṃñ ca tathā pravrajitām api | sandhyayoḥ sarvakāle ca nopeyāt pramadān naraḥ | gosarge cārdharātre ca tathā madhyandine pi ca | lajjāsamāvahe deśe vivṛte śuddha eva ca | kṣudhito vyādhitaś caiva kṣuvdhacittaś ca mānavaḥ | prāptamūtrapurīśaś ca pipāsīdurvalas tathā | tiryagyonāvayonau ca prāptaśukravidhāraṇaṃ | duṣṭayonau visargaś ca balavān api varjayet | sthitānuttānaśayane viśeṣeṇa tu garhitaṃ | krīḍayānyaś ca medhāvī hitārthaṃ parivarjayet | rajasvalāṃ prāptavato na rasyāni yatātmanaḥ | dṛṣṭyāyustejasāṃ hānir adharmaś ca tato bhavet | liṅginīṃ gurupatnīñ ca sagotrām atha parvasu | vṛddhāṃ sandhyayoś cāpi garchato jīvitakṣayaḥ | garbhiṇyāṃ garbhapīḍāsyād vyādhitāñ ca valakṣayaḥ | hīnāṃgīṃ malināṃ dveṣyāṃ kāmāṃ vandhyām asaṃvṛte | deśe śuddhe ca śukrasya manasaś ca kṣayo bhavet | kṣudhitaḥ kṣuvdhacittaś ca madhyāhne tṛṣitovalaḥ | sthitāyaṃ hānim āpnoti śukraṃ vāyuś ca kupyati | vyādhitāyāṃ plīhāmayo mūrcchā doṣaś ca jāyate | pratyūṣe cārdharātre ca vātapittaprakupyataḥ | tiryagyonāv ayonau ca duṣṭayonau tathaiva ca | upadaṃśas tathā vāyoḥ kopaḥ syād retasaḥ kṣayaḥ | uccārite mūtrite ca retasaś ca vidhāraṇe | uttāne ca bhavec chīghraṃ śukrārśmaryās tu sambhavaḥ | tasmāt sarvaṃ parihared etal lokadvayāhitaṃ | vayor ūpaguṇo py etāṃ kulyaśīlāṃ kulānvitāṃ | abhikāmoptikāmāṃś ca hṛṣṭo hṛṣṭām alaṅkṛtāṃ | seveta pramadān nityaṃ vyājīkaraṇapītavān | śarkaropahitāṃ bhakṣyāṃ kṣīrañ cāpi saśarkaraṃ | vyajanaṃ svapnasevā ca vyavāyānte hitāni tu | sukhamātraṃ samāsena sadvṛttasyetad īritaṃ | āyur ārogyam artho vā nāsadbhiḥ prāpyate tribhir iti ||

athāto miśrikacikitsitaṃ vyā khyāsyāmaḥ || pālyāmayās tu visrāvyā yaḥ uktāḥ prāṅnibodha tāṃ | paripoṭas tathotpādovamantho duḥkhavardhanaṃḥ pañcamaḥ parilehī ca karṇṇapālyāṃ gadāḥ smṛtāḥ | saukumāryāc cirotsṛṣṭe sahasābhipravardhite | karṇṇaśopho bhavet pālyāṃ sarujaḥ paripoṭavān | kṛṣṇāruṇinibhastavdhaḥ savātāt paripoṭakaḥ | gurvābharaṇasaṃyogāt tāḍanod gharṣaṇādibhiḥ | śophaḥ pālyāṃ bhavecchyāvo dāhapākarujanvitaḥ | rakto vā raktapittābhyām unmādaḥ sa gado mataḥ | karṇṇaṃ valād vardhayataḥ pālyāṃ vāyuḥ prakupyati | sakaphaṃ prāpya kurute śophaṃ stavdhamavedanaṃ | sovamanthaḥ sakaṇḍūko vidāruḥ kaphavātajaḥ | vardhamāne tu durviddha kaṇḍūdāharujānvitaḥ |pi śopho bhavati pākaś ca tridoṣo duḥkhavarddhanaḥ | kaphāsṛkkrimayaḥ kruddhāḥ sarṣapābhāvicāriṇaḥ | kurvanti pālyāṃ srāviṇyaḥ kaṇḍūdāharujānvitāḥ | kaphāsṛkkrimisambhūtaḥ sa visarpānvinatas tanuḥ | lihet saśaṣkuliṃpāliṃ parilehīti sa smṛtaḥ | pālyāmayā hy amī ghorā narasyāpratikāriṇaḥ | mithyāhāravihārasya pāliṃ hiṃsyur upekṣitāḥ | tasmād āśu bhiṣak teṣu snehādikramamācaret | tathābhyaṅgaparīṣekapradehāsṛg vimokṣaṇaṃ | sāmānyato viśeṣāc ca vakṣyāmyabhyañjanaṃ prati | kharamaṃḍariyaṣṭyāhvasaindhavāmaradārubhiḥ | supiṣṭaiḥ sāśvagandhaiś ca mūlakāvalgujāphalaiḥ | sarpistailavasāmajjāmadhūcchiṣṭāni cāharet | sakṣīrāṇyatha taiḥpāliṃ pradihyāt paripoṭake | mañjiṣṭhātilayaṣṭyāhvasārivotpalapadmakaiḥ | salodhraiḥ sakadamvaiś ca valājamvvāmrapallavaiḥ | siddhaṃ dhānyāmvlasaṃyuktaṃ tailamutpādanāśanaṃ | tālapatryaśvagandhābhyāṃ saindhavāvalgujāphalaiḥ | tailaṃ kulīragodhābhyāṃ vasayā saha sādhitaṃ | saralālāṅgalībhyāñ ca hitam unmanthanāśanaṃ | athāśmantakajamvvāmrapatrakvāthaniṣecitāṃ | prapauṇḍīrīkamadhukamañjiṣṭhaṃ rajanīkṛtaiḥ | cūrṇṇair durgandhanai pālintailāktāmavacūrṇṇayet | cūrṇṇair viḍaṅgalākṣābhyāṃ tailaṃ paktvāvacārayet | svinnāṃ gomayaniḥpiṇḍaiḥ pradihyāt parilehike | kṛṣṇair viḍaṅger athavā praratrīmūtrapeṣimaiḥ | karaṇjeṅgudibījair vā kuṭajāragvadhāyutaiḥ | sarvairvā sārṣapaṃ tailaṃ siddhaṃ maricasaṃyutaiḥ | sanimvapatrair abhyaṅge madhucchiṣṭānvito hitaḥ | vyādhikliṣṭāsu pālīṣu tanvīṣu kaṭhināsu ca | puṣṭyartham mārdavārthañ ca kuryād abhyañjanaṃ śubhaṃ | lopākānūpajāmajjāvasātailaṃ navaṃ ghṛtaṃ | daśakṣīraṃ pacet samyagāvāpya madhuraṃgaṇaṃ | apāmārgāśvagandhā ca tathā lākṣārasaṃ śubhaṃ | atha siddhañ ca pūtañ ca svanuguptan nidhāpayet | tenābhyañjāt sadā pāliṃ susvinnām atimarditāṃ | etena pālyo vardhante nirujā nirupadravāḥ | mṛdvyaḥ puṣṭāḥ samāḥ snigdhā jāyante bhūṣaṇakṣamāḥ || nīlīpatraṃbhṛṅgarajorjunatvaktṛphalācūrṇṇaṃ sāhacarañ ca puṣpaṃ | śyāmāpuṣpaṃ kṛṣṇapiṇḍītakañ ca sūkṣmañcūrṇṇaṃ sukṛtaṃ yāvadetat | tāvān deyaḥ kardamaḥ paṅkaṣaṇḍāt | paktañcaitat sthāpayellohakumbhyāṃ | pacedetat tilatailena sārdhaṃ datvā kvāthaṃ triphalāmārkavābhyāṃ | māsādūrdhvaṃ mrakṣaṇenaiva tailaṃ kuryādetat palitaṃ snigdhanīlaṃ || jamvūpuṣpakārśmarīpārthivañ ca sairīyakaṃ tri dvauvarṣābhūśārivākaṇṭakāryau nīlāstilāsrotajañcotpalañ ca | āyaścūrṇṇañcūtapakvasya majjā yaṣṭyāhvāyaṃ mārkavo modayantī | kāsīsamagryaṃ sasāraś cāsanasya varāhasāhvasya phalañ ca pāṇḍūṃ | bhāgān etāṃ kārṣikāṃ pīṣayitvā sārodakenāsanasyaiva vidvān | kalkānetāṃ saptasaptāḍhakeṣu kṣārodakasyākṣatailasya bhāgaṃ | datvā samyagvipacellohapātre sthitaṃ pūrvaṃ lohapātre daśāvahaṃ | mṛdupākaṃ sādhitaṃ cāvatārya nyaset pātre bījake vāyase vā | naraḥ śuddho nasyam etat prayujyāt yathā vatsyāt saṃyato māsamekaṃ | bhavec ca nityaṃ kṛsaropasevī bhuñjīta cānnaṃ māṣayūṣeṇa cāpi | māsādūrdhvaṃ tasya keśā bhavanti yāvajjīvaṃ mṛduvat svañjanābhaṃ | bhavanty ete nendralupte ca keśāḥ | jarā cainaṃ sahasā nābhyapaiti | valaṃ paraṃ cendriyāṇāṃ labheta sañjāyante nirvalīkañ ca vaktraṃ | etat tailaṃ nāpriyāya pradeyaṃ rājñā deyaṃ kṛṣṇatailaṃ pradhāṇaṃ | maniḥśilā haritālaṃ haridre lākṣārodhraṃ gairiko varṇṇakaś ca | surāṣṭrajākuṣṭhamañjiṣṭhakalkāḥ sapattaṅgārocanā kuṅkumaś ca | suvarṇṇāhvāpāṇḍupatraṃ vaṭasya kāleyakaṃ padmakaṃ padmamadhyaṃ | kūcandanaṃ candanaṃ pāratañ ca kākolyādiḥkṣīrapiṣṭaś ca sarvaḥ savasāmajjā madhūṃcchiṣṭaṃ ghṛtañ ca dugdhaṃ kvāthaḥ kṣīriṇāñ ca drumāṇāṃ | etat sarvam pakvam ekadhyatas tu mukhābhyaṅge sarpir uktaṃ pradhānaṃ | hanyād vyaṅgaṃ nīlikāṃ ca pravṛddhāṃ vaktrejātāḥ piṭakāyāś ca kāścit | padmākāraṃ nirvalīkañ ca vaktraṃ kuryād etat pīnagaṇḍaṃ manojñaṃ | rājñāmetad yoṣitān cāpi teṣāṃ kuryād vaidyas tat samānāñ ca nityam

athātaḥ kṣīṇavalīyaṃ vyājīkaraṇacikitsitaṃ vyā vyākhyāsyāmaḥ || kalasyodagravayaso vyājīkaraṇasevinaḥ | sarveṣv ṛtuṣv aharahaḥ vyavāyo na nivātaritaḥ | strīṣv akṣaryyaṃ mṛgayatāṃ vṛddhānāñ ca rirāṃsatāṃ | klīvāṇām alpaśukrāṇāṃ strīṣu kṣīṇāś ca ye narāḥ || vilāsinām arthavatāṃ rūpayauvanaśālināṃ | nṛṇām vahvīpatīnāñ ca yogā vyajīkaro hitāḥ | bhojanāni ca citrāṇi pānāni vividhāni ca | vācaḥ srotronugāminyas tvaksukhasparśanāni ca | gandhān manojñaṃ rūpāṇi citrāṇy upavanāni ca | manasaś cāpratīvāto vyājīkurvanti mānavaṃ | tais tair bhāvair ahṛdyais tu riraṃsor manasi kṣate | dhvajaḥ pataty adho nṛṇāṃ klaivyaṃ samupajāyate | annair amlvauṣṇalavaṇair atimātropasevitaiḥ | saumyadhātukṣayo dṛṣṭaḥ klaivyaṃ tad aparaṃ smṛtaṃ | ativyavāyaśīlo vā na ca vyājīkriyārataḥ | dhvajabhaṅgam avāpnoti saśukrakṣayahetukaṃ | meḍhrarogeṇa mahatā marmcachedena vā punaḥ | klivyaṃ caturtham bhavati nṛṇāṃ puṃstvopaghātajaṃ | asādhyaṃ sahajaṃ klaivyaṃ marmacchedāc ca yad bhavet | sādhyānāṃm avaśiṣṭānāṃ kāryo vyājīkaro vidhiḥ | tilamāṣavidārīṇāṃ śālīnāṃ cūrṇṇam eva ca | rasair ikṣurasair vāpi marditaṃ saindhavānvita | varāhamedasā yuktaṃ ghṛtenotkārikāṃ pacet | tāṃ bhakṣayitvā gaccheyuḥ puruṣaḥ ṣaṣṭhim aṅganāṃ || vastrāṇḍasiddhapayasi bhāvitā na sakṛttilāṃ | śiśumāravasā pakvā tais tilaiḥ śaṣkulīśubhāṃ | yaḥ khādet sa pumāṃ gacchet strīṇāṃ śatam apūrvavat || pippalīlavaṇaupetau vastāṇḍau kṣīrasarpiṣi | sādhitau bhakṣayed yas tu sa gacchet pramadāśataṃ || māṣapippaliśālīnāṃ yavagodhūmayos tathā | cūrṇṇabhāgaiḥ samais tais tu ghṛte pūpalikāṃ pacet | tāṃ bhakṣayitvā pītvā ca śarkarāmadhuram payaḥ | naraś caṭakavad gacched daśavārān nirantaraṃ || cūrṇṇaṃ vidāryāḥ sakṛtaṃ svarasenaiva bhāvitaṃ | sarpiḥ kṣaudrayutaṃ līḍhvā daśanāryodhirohita || evam āmalakaṃ cūrṇṇaṃ svarasenaiva bhāvitaṃ | śarkarāmadhusarpirbhir yuktaṃ līḍhvā payaḥ pivet | etenāśītivarṣo pi yuveva parihṛṣyati || pippalīlavaṇaupetau vastāṇḍau ghṛtasādhitau | śiśumārasya vā khādet tau tuvyājīkarau bhṛśaṃ || kulīrakūrmanakrāṇām aṇḍāny evaṃ tu bhakṣayet | mahiṣarṣabha

na cātmānam ādarśe syu vā nirīkṣeta | rūpaśālitvāt tato nyad daśarātraṃ krodhādīn parihared eṣa sarveṣām upayogaḥ | viśeṣatas tu vallīpratānakṣupādayaḥ somā bhakṣayitavyāḥ | bhavanti teṣāṃm avacaturtho muṣṭayaḥ | aṅśumantaṃ sauvarṇṇo pātrebhiṣuśayāc candramasaṃ rājate | tāvupayojyāṣṭaguṇam aiśvaryam avāpyaiśānaṃ devaṃ paśyati | śeṣāṃs tu tāmramaye mṛnmaye vā śūdravarjyañ ca tribhir varṇṇaiḥ soma upayoktavyaḥ | tataś caturthe māsi paurṇṇamāsyāṃ vrāhmaṇamarcayitvā kṛtamaṅgalā niḥkramya yatheṣṭaṃ vrajediti || oṣadhīnāṃ patiṃ somam upayujyaivamakṣata | daśavarṣasahasrāṇi navān dhārayate tanuṃ | nāgnir na tejaṃ na viṣaṃ na śastraṃ nāśastram eva ca | tasyālamāyuḥ kṣapaṇe samarthāni bhavanti hi | bhadrāṇāṃ ṣaṣṭivarṣāṇāṃ prasūtānāmanekadhā | kuñjarāṇāṃ sahasrasya valaṃ samadhigagacchati || kṣīrodaṃ śakrasadanaṃ uttarāṃś ca kurūnapi yatrecchati sa gantuṃ vai tatrāsyāpratighāsatiḥ | kaṃdarpa iva rūpeṇa kantyā candra ivāparaḥ | prahlādayati bhūtānāṃ manāṃsi sa mahādyutiḥ | sāṃgopāṃgāṃś ca nikhilāṃ vedāṃ viṃdati tatvataḥ | caraty amoghasaṅkalpo devavaccākhilaṃ jagat || sarveṣāmeva somānāṃ patrāṇi daśa pañca ca | tāni śukle ca kṛṣṇe ca jāyante ca patanti ca | ekaikaṃ jāyate patraṃ somasyāharahas tathā | śuklasya pūrṇṇamāsyān tu bhavet pañcadaśacchadaḥ | divase divase patramekaikaṃ śīryate punaḥ | kṛṣṇe kṛṣṇadvayaṃ cāpi latā bhavati kevalā || aṃśumānājyagandhas tu kandavān rajataprabhaḥ | kadalyākārakandas tu muñjavān laśunacchadaḥ | candramā rajabhāso jale carati sarvadā | garuḍāhṛtanāmā ca śyenākhyau cāpi pāṇḍurau | sarpanirmokasadṛśau tau vṛkṣā grāvalamvinau | athānye maṇḍalaiś citraiś citritā iva bhānti te | kṣīrakandalatāvantaḥ patrair nānāvidhair vṛtā | himavaty arvude sahye mahendre malaye tathā | pāriyātre ca vindhye ca devasūte hṛde tathā | uttareṇa vitastāyāḥ prabhavasya mahīdharāḥ | pañca teṣāmato madhye sindhurnāma mahāhradaḥ | haṭhavat plavate tatra candramā somasattamaḥ | tasyoddeśeṣu cāpy asti muñjavān aṃśumān api | kaśmīre ca saro yantu nāmnā kṣudrakamānasaṃ | gāyatryaśtraiṣṭubhaś cāpi jāgrataḥ satkaras tathā | tatra santyapare cāpi somāḥ somasamaprabhāḥ || na tāṃ paśyanty adharmiṣṭhāḥ kṛtaghnāś cāpi ye narāḥ | bheṣajadveṣiṇaś cāpi vrāhmaṇadveṣiṇas tatheti ||

taccaturguṇamudakaṃ caturthāṅgāvaśeṣitaṃ kvāthyāvatārayed ityeṣa kaṣāyakalpaḥ | snehakuḍavesāṇya bheṣajapalaṃ kalkamiṣṭaṃ caturguṇañ ca kaṣāyamāvāpya vipacedityeṣa snehapākakalpa iti || bha || snehabheṣajatoyānāṃ mānaṃ yatra tu neritaṃ | tatrāyaṃ vidhirāstheyo nirdiṣṭe tadvadeva tu || anukte dravakārye tu sarvatra salilaṃ smṛtaṃ | kalkakvāthāvanirdeśe gaṇāt tasmāt samādhayet || ata ūrdhvaṃ snehapākakramam upadekṣyāmaḥ | sa tu pākas tṛvidho mṛduścikkanaḥ kharacikkaṇa iti | snehauṣadhavivekamātraṃ yatra bheṣajaṃ sa mṛduḥ | madhūcchiṣṭamivalepayati yatra bheṣajaṃ sa cikkaṇaḥ | phenāni mātra vailasya śeṣaṃ ghṛtavadādiśet kṛṣṇamavasannamīṣadviśadaṃ cikkaṇaṃ ca yatra sa kharacikkaṇa iti || ata ūrdhvaṃ pradagdhasneha bhavati | taṃ punaḥ sādhayet | tatra pānābhya vahārayor mmṛduḥ nasyābhyañjanīyaścikkaṇaḥ | vastisnehāḥ kharacikkaṇa iti || śabdasyoparame prāpte phenasyoparame tathā || gandhavarṇṇarasānāñ ca sampattau siddhamādiśet || ataḥ snehapānakramam upadekṣyāmaḥ | atha laghukoṣṭhāyāturāya kṛtamaṃgalāyodayagiriśikharaprasthite prataptakanakapītalohite savitari yathāvalaṃ tailasya ghṛtasya vā mātraṃ prayacchet | kevalaṃ paittike sarpir vātike lavaṇānvitaṃ | deyaṃ vahukaphe tailaṃ savyoṣakṣārasaṃyutaṃ | snehasātmyaḥ kleśasaho dṛḍhaḥ kāle ca śītale acchamevapivet sneham acchapānaṃ hi śobhaṇaṃ | śīte kāle divāsnehamuṣṇe kāle pivenniśi | vātapittādhiko rātrau | vātaśleṣmādhiko divā | tapitthādhikasyoṣṇe mūrcchonmāda tṛṣāvahaḥ | śīte vātakaphārttasya gauravāruca śūlakṛt | snehapītas tu tṛṣṇāyāṃ piveduṣṇodakannaraṃ | evañcānupaśāmyantī snehamuṣṇāmvunoddharet | yā mātrā parijīryeta caturbhāgagate na hi sā mātrā dīpayatyagnim alpadoṣe ca pūjitā | mātrā parijīryeta tatrārdhadivase gate sā vṛṣyāvṛṃhaṇīyā ca madhyadoṣe ca pūjitā | yā mātrā parijīryeta caturbhāgāvaśeṣite snehanīyā ca sā mātrā vahudoṣe ca śasyate | yā snehamātrājīryeta jantoḥ pariṇatehani glānimūrcchāmadāṃ hitvā sā mātrā snehanī matā | ahorātrādasaṃduṣṭā yā mātrā parijīryati sā tu kuṣṭhaviṣonmādagrahāpasmāranāśanī | yathāgniṃ pratimāṃ mātrāṃ pāyayeta vicakṣaṇaḥ | pīto hy ativahusneho janayet prāṇasaṃśayaṃ | mithyācārādvahutvād vā yasya sneho na jīryati | viṣṭabhya vāpi jīryeta vāriṇauṣṇena vāmayet | tataḥ snehaṃ punardadyāllaghukoṣṭhāya dehine | jīrṇṇājīrṇṇaviśaṃkāyāṃ piveduṣṇodakaṃ naraḥ | tenodgāro bhavet chuddho ruciś cānnaṃ bhavet prati | pariṣicyādbhir uṣṇābhiḥ jīrṇṇasnehe tatonaraṃ | yavāgū pāyayed uṣṇāṃ suklinnāmalpataṇḍulāṃ | deyau yuṣaraso syātām akṛtau saindhavānvitau | kṛtau cāpyalpasarpiṣkau vilepītā vidhīyate | pived dvyahaṃ tryahaṃ vāpi pañcāhaṃ ṣaḍahāni vā | saptarātrāt paraṃ snehaḥ sātmībhāvāya kalpate | snehadviṣaḥ kṛṣāṃ vṛddhāṃ sukumāraṃ śiśūnapi | tṛṣṇālūñcoṣṇakāle ca saha bhaktena pāyayet || pippalyo lavaṇaṃ snehāś catvāro dadhimas tu ṛkṣametad hi sadya snehanamucyate || yavakolakulatthānāṃ kvātho māgadhikā yutāḥ | payo dadhi surā ceti ghṛtamapyaṣṭamaṃ bhavet | siddhametad ghṛtaṃ pītaṃ sadyasnehanamucyate || nṛpāṇāṃ tat samānānāṃ deyametad ghṛtottamaṃ | balahīneṣu vṛddheṣu mṛdvagnistrī mahātmani | alpadoṣeṣu yojyā syu ye yogāḥ samyagīritāḥ || vivarjayet snehapānamajīrṇṇī taruṇajvarī | durvalārocakī sthūlo mūrcchārtto madapīḍitaḥ | chardyābhibhūtastṛṣitaḥ śrāntaḥ pānaklamānvitaḥ | vastidatto viriktaś ca vānto yaś cāpi mānavaḥ | akāle ca prasūtā strī snehapānaṃ vivarjayet | snehapānād bhaved nṝṇāṃ nānāvidhā gadāḥ | gadā vā kṛcchratāṃ yānti na sidhyantyatra vā yataḥ || rūkṣaṃ purīśaṃ grathitaṃ bhuktaṃ kṛcchreṇa pacyate | durvarṇṇo durvalaś caiva rūkṣo bhavati mānavaḥ || glāniḥ sadanamaṅgānām adhastāt śeṣānnānilaprāyakoṣṭhenāsnigdhena vā pītamauṣadham ādhmāpayati | tatrānilamūtrapurīśasaṃgaḥ | samunnaddhodaratāhṛdayapārśvabhaṅgo gudabasti tudanañ ca bhavati | tamādhmānam ity ācakṣate | tam sapta vāṣṭau pareṇa vā | vidheyā bastayo nṛṇām antarā tu nirūhaṇāt | dattas tu prathamo basti snehayed bastivaṃkṣaṇau || samyag datte dvitīyas tu koṣṭhastham anilaṃ jayet | balam varṇṇañ ca janayet tṛtīyas tu niṣevitaḥ || caturthaḥ snehatirasaṃ raktaṃsnehati pañcamaḥ | ṣaṣṭhas tu snehayet māṃsaṃ medaḥ snehati saptamaḥ || aṣṭamo navamaś caiva sārammajjānam eva ca | evaṃ śukragatāṃ doṣāṃ dviguṇenātha śodhayet || aṣṭādaśāṣṭādaśakāṃ bastīṃs tu yo nisevate | yathoktena vidhāṇena parihārakrameṇa ca | sakuñjarabalośvasya jave tulyomaraprabhaḥ | vītapāpmā śrutadharaḥ sahasrāyu naro bhavet | snehabastiṃ nirūhaṃ vā nābhyased eka eva tu | snehāt pittakaphotkeśo nirūhāt pavanādbhayaṃ || tasmānnirūḍhonuvāsyo nirūḍhaś cānuvāsitaḥ | naiva pittakaphotkleśau syātāṃ na pavanādbhayaṃ | rūkṣasya bahuvātasya snehabastiṃ dine dine | dadyād vaidyas tatonyeṣām aganyābādhabhayātryahāt || sneholpamātro rūkṣāṇāṃ dīrghakālamananyayaḥ | tathā nirūhaḥ snigdhānām alpamātraḥ praśasyate || ata ūrdhvaṃ pravakṣyāmi vyapadaḥ snehabastijaḥ | balavanto yadā doṣāḥ koṣṭha syuranilādayaḥ | alpavīryan tadā snehām abhibhūya pṛthagvidhā | kurvantyupadravāṃ snehaḥ sa cāpi na nivartte || tatra vātāvibhūte tu snehavaktrakaṣāyatā | jṛmbhovātarujastās tā vepathur viṣamajvaraḥ | pittāvibhūte snehe tu mukhasya kaṭutā bhavet | dāhajvaras tathā svedo netramūtrāṅgapītatā | śleṣmābhibhūte snehe tu praseko madhurāsyatā || gauravacchardirucchvāsaḥ kṛcchrācchītajvaro ruciḥ | tatra doṣābhibhūte tu snehabastiṃ nidhāpayet | yathā svaṃ doṣaśamanānyupayojyāni yāni ca | atyāsiten nābhibhavāt sneho naiti yadā tadā | gururāmāśayaḥ śūlo vāyoś cāpratisaṃcaraḥ | hṛtpīḍā mukhavairasyaṃ śvāso mūrcchā jvaroruciḥ tatrāpatarpitasyānte dīpano vidhiriṣyate | aśuddhasya malonmiśraḥ sneho naiti yadā punaḥ | tadāṅgasadanādhmāne śūlaḥ śvāsaś ca jāyate || pakvāśayagurutvañ ca tatra dadyān nirūhaṇaṃ | tīkṣṇatīkṣṇauṣadhair eva siddhaṃ cāpy anuvāsanaṃ | śuddhasya dūnusṛte snehe snehonudarśanaṃ | gātre sarvendriyāṇaāñ cāpy anulepovapīḍanaṃ | snehagandhimukhañ cāpi kāsaśvāsāvarocakaḥ | atipīḍitavat tatra siddhirāsthāpanantathā | asvinnasyāviśuddhasya sneholpas tu prayojitaḥ | śīto mṛduś ca nābhyeti tato mandaṃ pravāhati | vibandhagauravādhmānaśūlaiḥ pakvāśayaṃ prati | tatrāsthāpanam evāśuḥ prayojyaṃ sānuvāsanaṃ | alpaṃ bhuktavatolpāśaḥ sneho mandaguṇas tathā | datto naiti klamotleśo bhṛśaṃ cāritam āvahet | tatrāpyāsthāpanaṃ kāryaṃ śodhaṇīyena bastinā | anuvāsanañ ca snehena śodhane naiva śasyate | ahorātrād api snehaḥ pratyāgacchan na duṣyati | kuryād bastiguṇāṃś cāpi jīrṇṇasvalpagoṇo bhavet | anāyāntam ahorātrāt snehāṃ saṃśodhanai haret | snehabastāvanāyāte nānyasneho vidhīyate || ity uktaḥ vyāpadaḥ sarvāḥ salakṣaṇacikitsitāḥ ||❈|| basteruttarasaṃjñasya śṛṇu vakṣyāmyataḥ paraṃ | pañcaviṃśativarṣāṇāṃ satvāgbuddhivikalpitaṃ | nikṛṣṭakarṇṇikaṃ madhye nārīṇāṃ caturaṅgulaṃ | mūtrasrotaparīṇāhaṃ mudgavāhi daśāṅgulaṃ | | tāsāmapatyamārgge tu nidadhyāc caturaṅgulaṃ | dvyaṅgulaṃ mūtramārge tu kanyānāṃ karṇṇikāṅgule snehasya prasṛtaś cātra svāṃgulīmūlasammitaḥ | param pramāṇaṃ vihitam avāgbuddhivikalpitaṃ | aurabhraḥ saukaro vāpi bastirājaś ca pūjitaḥ | tasyālābhe dṛteḥ pādo mṛducarmakṛto pi vā | athāturam upasnigdhasvinnaṃ praśithilāśayaṃ | yavāgūṃ saghṛtakṣīrāṃ pītavantaṃ yathābalaṃ | niṣaṇṇamājānusame pīṭhe sāpāśraye samaṃ | svabhyaktabastiśirasaṃ tailenoṣṇena pūjitaḥ | tataḥ samaṃ sthāpayitvā nālamasya praharṣitaṃ | pūrvaṃ śalākayānviṣya mārgaṃ netram anantaraṃ | śanaiḥ śanair ghṛtābhyaktaṃ nidadhyād aṅgulāni ṣaṭ | tatovapīḍayed basti śanair netrañ ca nirharet | tataḥ pratyāgatasneham aparāṃhṇe vicakṣaṇaḥ | bhojayet payasāṃ mātrāṃ yūṣeṇātharasena vā | anena vidhinā dadhyād bastīṃstrīścaturo pi vā | anuvāsanasiddhiñ ca vīkṣya karma prayojayet | uttānāyai striyai dadyād ūrdhvajātvai samāhitaḥ | kanyetarasyai kanyāyai dadyāt sumṛdupīḍitaṃ | vikarṇṇikena netreṇa dadyād yonimukhaṃ prati | garbhāśayaviśudhyarthaṃ snehene dviguṇena tu | apratyāgacchatibhiṣag bastāvuttarasaṃjñite | bhūyo bastin nidadhyāc ca saṃyutaṃ śodhanauṣadhaiḥ | pāyau varttiṃ nidadhyād vā proktaṃ gulma cikitsite | praveśayed vā matimāṃ nābastiradvārameṣaṇīṃ | pīḍayed vāpyadharnābher basterupari muṣṭinā | āragvadhasya patreṣu nirguṇaṇḍyā surasasya ca | kāryā gomūtrapiṣṭeṣu varttir vā saindhavena vā | mudgailāsarṣapasamāṃ pravibhajya vayāṃsi ca | bastegamanārthāya tān nidadhyācchalākayā | agāradhūmabṛhatī phalapippalisaindhavai | kṛtā vā śuktagomūtrasurāpiṣṭaiḥ sanāgaraiḥ | śarkarāmadhumiśreṇa śītena madhukāmbunā | bastau dahyati vā bāḍhaṃ pāyau bastiṃ pradāpayet || śukraṃ duṣṭaṃ śoṇitañcāṅganānām asṛgdaraṃ tasya nāśañ ca kaṣṭaṃ | mūtrāghātaṃ mūtradoṣāṃ pravṛddhān yonau rogān aparāyāś ca saṃgāṃ | śukrāghātaṃ śarkarām arśmarīñ ca śūlaṃ bastau vaṃkṣaṇo mehane ca | ghorān anyān bastijāṃś cāpi rogāṃ mehādṛte tūttaro hanti bastiḥ || samyag dattasya vijñānaṃ vyāpada krama eva cha | baste rurasaṃjñasya samānaṃ snehabastineti ||

athāto nirūhakramacikitsitaṃ vyā khyāsyāmaḥ || dhanvantaridharmabhṛtāṃ variṣṭham amṛtodbhavaṃ caraṇāvupasaṃgṛhya suśrutaḥ paripṛcchati | bhagavaṃvastes tu tathaivāsthāpanasya ca | pramānaṃ kalpanāṃ kālaṃ mātrāñ cāpi bravīhi me | tasya tadvacanaṃ śrutvā prābravīd bhiṣajām varaḥ | śuddhe muhūrtte karaṇe dine ca nakṣatrayoge ca tathānukūle | viviktasamsṛṣṭamṛdāvalipte vicitrapuṣpāstṛtabhūpradeśe | suvarṇṇarūpyāya satāmrajo vā mṛdudbhavo vā kalaśombupūrṇṇaḥ | sa dhānyaratnādi samālyagandhair vastrādibhiś ca cāpy atha svastikaiś ca | taccāmṛtasthānamatorcanīyaṃ pūrvattatonyeddṛṣayaḥ sadevāḥ | saṃspṛśya ratnāni tathauṣadhīṃś ca devāṃ dvijāṃn pūjya ca dakṣiṇābhiḥ | dravāṇi sarvāṇi tu vāmapārśve cūrṇṇāni kalkān atha dakṣiṇe tu | tanmadhyasaṃsthā bhiṣag apramattaḥ sunirmale syāt sudṛḍhe viśāle kalkamāvapet | datvā samyak sumathite phalakalkamataḥ paraṃ | tato yathocitāñkeṣāṃ kārṣikān ślakṣṇapeṣimāṃ | gambhīre bhojane nyasya khajenābhimathet tataḥ | yathā ca sādhu manyeta na sāṃdro na tanuḥ samaḥ | kaṣāyaḥ prasṛtāt pañ ca supūrṇāt tatra dāpayet | rasakṣīrāmlamūtrāṇāṃ doṣavasthān avekṣya ca | evam añjalayaḥ ṣaḍvai kuryād vyādhitapāṇinā || dvādaśaprasṛtaṃ kecid viṃśatiḥ palikan tathā | dvātriṃśat palikañ caiva triṃśad aṣṭau tathaiva ca | evaṃ bhinneṣu śāstreṣu saṃśayaḥ sumahānabhūt || ❈ || athāturamanuvāsitam āsthāpayet || svabhyaktaṃ svinnaśarīram utsṛṣṭabahirbhāgamapravāte śucau deśe samavinyastāyāṃ śayyāyām adhaḥ | sapratigrahāyām āśroṇīpradeśe suvyūhāyāṃ śayānaṃ vāmapārśve neti || bha || savyaṃ prasārayet sakthiṃ dakṣiṇaṃ cāpasaṃharet | madhyāhne sumanājīrṇṇe niranno vāgyato yataḥ || tato vāmapādopari netraṃ kṛtvetarapādāṅguṣṭhāṅgulībhyāṃ karṇṇikoparipīḍya bastāvauṣadhamāsicyocchrāsyauṣadhānte cāvavadhya mūtreṇa samyag baddhañ cāturāya ghṛtābhyaktaṃ netrāgraṃ ghṛtābhyakta gudāya praṇayed anutsṛjannanupṛṣṭhavaṃśam anusukham ākarṇṇikam iti | bastiṃ savyakare kṛtvā dakṣiṇenāvapīḍayet | ekenaiva ca pīḍena na drutaṃ na vilaṃbitaṃ | tato netram apanīya triṃśan mātrāpīḍanakālād upetyottiṣṭhetyāturam brūyād utkuṭukobhavatasterāgamanāyeti || anena vidhinā dadyād bastiṃ bastiviśāradaḥ | dvitīyam vā tṛtīyam vā caturtham vā yathārthataḥ | samyaṅ nirūḍhaliṅge tu prāptabastiṃ nivārayet | api hīnaṃ kramaṃ kuryān na ca kuryād atikramaṃ viśeṣāt sukumārāṇāṃ hīna eva kramo hitaḥ | alpālpavego vinvāta hīnohīno nirūhanaḥ | mūrcchāśūlakaphaprāyo mahāvegātiśabditaḥ | yasya mūtrapurīṣañ ca kaphavāyuś ca gacchati | krameṇa laghutā caiva suniraḍhaḥ samānavaḥ | sunirūḍhan tato jantuṃ snātaṃ bhuktarasodanaṃ | yathoktena vidhānena yojayet snehabastinā | tadahas tasya pavanād bhayaṃ balavad iṣyate | rasodanaṃstena śastas tadahaś cānuvāsanaṃ | paś cādagnibalam matvā pavanasya ca ceṣṭitaṃ | annopastambhite kāṣṭhe snehabastir vidhīyate || ❈ || viviktāmanastuṣṭi snigdhatā vyādhinigrahaḥ | āsthāpanasnehabastyoḥ samyagdāne tu lakṣaṇaṃ | anāyāntaṃ muhūrttāt tu nirūhaṃ śodhanair haret | nirūhair eva matimāṃ kṣāramūtrāṃmlasaṃyutaiḥ | viguṇānilaviṣṭabdhaś ciran tiṣṭhan nirūhaṇaḥ | śūlāratirjvarāṭopāt maraṇam vā pravarttayet || na tu bhuktavate deyam āsthāpanam iti sthitiḥ | āmaṃ hi taddhared bhuktaṃ cchardim vā janayed bhṛṣaṃ | kopayed sarvadoṣān vā tasmād dadyād anāsite | āvasthikaṃ kramāṃ vāpi matvā kāryaṃ nirūhaṇaṃ | malepahṛte doṣāṇāṃbalavatva na vidyate | kṣīrāṇyamlāni mūtrāṇi snehāḥ kvāthā rasās tathā | lavaṇāni tathā kṣaudraṃ śatāhvā sarṣapā vacā | kuṣṭhaṃ trikaṭukaṃ rāsnā saralā suradāru ca | rajane madhukaṃ hiṃgu elā saṃśodhāṇāni ca | kaṭukāṃ śarkarāṃ mustāṃ uśīraṃ candanaṃ śaṭhīṃ | mañjiṣṭhāṃ madanaṃ caṇḍāṃ trāyamāṇāṃ rasāṃjanaṃ | bilvamadhya yavānīñ ca phalinīṃ śakrajā yavān | kākolī kṣīrakākolī jīvakarṣabhakau tathā | medā jaiva mahāmedā ṛddhivṛddhir madhūlikā | nirūheṣu yathālābham eṣa vargo vidhīyate | kvāthasya bhāgāś catvāraḥ snehabhāgaś ca pañcamaḥ | svasthenile caturthastu kupitenyataroṣṭamaḥ | sarveṣu cāṣṭamo bhāgaḥ kalkānāṃ lavaṇaṃ punaḥ | kṣaudramūtraghṛtakṣīramamvlamāṃsarasantathā | yuktyā pradāpayed dhīmāṃ nirūhe kalpanātviyaṃ | kalkasnehakaṣāyāṇām avivekād bhiṣagvaraiḥ | bastis tu kalpitaḥ proktas tasya dānaṃ yathārthakṛt | vātaghnauṣadhaniḥkvāthāḥ saindhavatrivṛtā yutāḥ | sāmvlāḥ sukhoṣṇā deyā syur bastayaḥ kupitenile | nyagrodhādigaṇaḥ kvāthāḥ kākolyādi samāyutāḥ | vidheyā bastayaḥ pitte sakṣaudraghṛtaśarkarāḥ | āragvadhagaṇakvāthāḥ pippalyādi samāyutāḥ | sakṣaudramūtradeyā syu bastayaḥ kupite priyaṃgvādigaṇakvāthāḥ | piṣṭām baṣṭādi saṃyutāḥ | sakṣaudrāḥ saghṛtāś cāpi bastayo grāhiṇo matāḥ | triphalākalkagomūtrakṣaudrakṣārasamanvitāḥ | ūṣakādisamāvāpā bastayo lekhanā matāḥ | bṛṅhaṇadravyaniḥkvāthāḥ kalkair madhurasaṃyutāḥ | sarpir māṃsarasopetā bastayo bṛṃhaṇā matāḥ | caṭakāṇḍoccaṭakvāthāḥ sakṣīraghṛtaśarkarāḥ || ātmaguptaphalāvāpāḥ smṛtāḥ vyājīkarānṛṇāṃ | badaryairāvatīśelū śālmalī dhanvanāṅkurāḥ | kṣīrasiddhās tu śītāsṛk saṃyuktaḥ picchilā matāḥ | eteṣveva ca yogeṣu snehaḥ siddhāḥ pṛthak pṛthak | tatkarmasādhanā vaidyair vidheyā snehabastiṣu | vandhyānāṃ śatapākeśo śodhitānāṃ yathākramaṃ | balātailena deyā syur bastayas traivṛtena vā narasyottamasatvasya tīkṣṇaṃ bastīṃ pradāpayet | madhyaṃ madhyamasatvasya hīnasatvasya vā mṛduṃ | evaṃ kālaṃ balaṃ doṣaṃ vikārañ ca vikāravit | bastidravyabalaṃ caiva vīkṣya bastiṃ prayojayet | dadyād utkleśanaṃ pūrvaṃ madhye doṣaharaṃ punaḥ | paś cāt saṃśamanīyañ ca bastiṃ bastiviśāradaḥ || nṛpāṇāṃ tatsamāṇānāṃ tathā vasumatāmapiḥ | nārīṇāṃ sukumārāṇāṃ tathaiva śiśuvṛddhayoḥ | doṣanirharaṇārthāya balavarṇṇodayāya ca | samāsenopadekṣyāmi vidhāṇaṃ mādhutailikaṃ || yānastrīpāṇabhojyeṣu parihāro na rocyate | phalañ ca vipulan dṛṣṭaṃ vyāpadañ cāpy asambhavaḥ | yadicchati tadaiveṣa nirūhakramam arhati | madhutaile same syātāṃ kvāthaś cairaṇḍamūlajaḥ | karṣaś ca śatapuṣpāṇāṃ tatordhaṃ saindhavasya ca | phalenaikena saṃyuktaṛ khajena suviloḍitaḥ | deyaḥ sukhoṣṇo bhiṣajā mādhutailikasaṃyutaḥ | vacā madhu ca tailañ ca kvāthaḥ sacasasaindhavaḥ | phalapippalisaṃyukte bastir yuktarathaḥ smṛtaḥ | suradāru vacā rāsnā śatapuṣpā tathaiva ca | hiṃgusaindhavasaṃyukto bastir doṣaharaḥ smṛtaḥ | pañcamūlīkaṣāyāntu tailaṃ māgadhikā madhuḥ | bastireṣa vidhātavyaḥ saśatāhvaḥ sasaindhavaḥ | yavakolakulatthānāṃ kvātho māgadhikāyutaḥ | sasaindhavaḥ samadhukaḥ siddhabastiriti smṛtaḥ | avekṣya bheṣajaṃ budhyā vikārañ ca vikāravit || bījenānena matimāṃ kuryād bastiśatānyapi | ajīrṇṇe na prayuñjīta divāsvapnañ ca varjayet | āhārañ cārikaṃ śeṣam anyat kāmaṃ samācaret | yasmāt madhu ca tailañ ca prādhānyenātra varttate | mādhutailika ity eṣa saṃjñito basticintakaiḥ | ratheṣv api ca yukteṣu hastyaśve cāpi kalpite | yasmānna pratiṣiddheyamato yuktarathaḥ smṛtaḥ bastau yuktarathai yasmād dhruvāsiddhiḥ prakīrttitāḥ | siddhabastirita proktā munibhir naigamaiṣibhiḥ | sukhinām alpadoṣāṇāṃ nity asnigdhāś ca ye narāḥ | mṛdukoṣṭhāś ca ye teṣāṃ vidheyā mādhutailikaḥ | mṛdutvāt pādahīnatvād akṛtsnavidhisevanāt | ekabastipradānāc ca siddhabastiṣv ayantraṇeti ||

athāta āturopadravacikitsitaṃ vyā vyākhyāsyāmaḥ || snehapīḍasya vāntasya viriktasyāśrutāsṛjaḥ | nirūḍhasya ca kāyāgnir mando bhavati dehinaḥ | so nnair atyarthagurubhir upayuktaiḥ praśāmyati | alpo mahadbhir bahudhā chādite gnir ivendhanaiḥ | sa cālpair laghubhiś cānnair upayuktair vivardhate | kāṣṭhair aṇubhir alpaiś ca sandhukṣita ivānalaḥ | hṛtadoṣapramāṇena sa cāhāravidhiḥ smṛtaḥ | trīṇi cātra pramāṇāni prastho rdhāḍhakam āḍhakam || tatrāvaraṃ prasthamātraṃ dve śeṣe madhyamottame | prasthe tv eko e gate deyā yavāgūsvalpatāṇḍulā | dve caivārdhāḍhake deye tisraś cāpy āḍhake gate | vilepīmucitādbhaktāc caturthāṃśakṛtām bhiṣak | dadyāt klinnan tataḥ paścāt mudgayūṣeto bhojanaṃ | arddhāṃśam ucitād bhaktād akṛtākhyena buddhimāṃ tribhāgakalitaṃ samyag akṛtenārddhasammitam | tatas tu kṛtasaṃjñena hṛdyenendriyabodhinā | trīn aṅśād vitare bhoktum āturāyodanaṃ prati | tato yathocitaṃ bhaktaṃ bhoktum asmai vicakṣaṇaḥ | lāvainahariṇādīnāṃ rasair dadyāt susaṃskṛtaiḥ | hīnamadhyottameṣv eṣu virekeṣu prakīrttitaḥ | ekadvitriguṇaḥ samyag āhārasya kramo hitaḥ | vedanālābhaniyamaśokavaicityahetubhiḥ | narān upoṣitaṃś cāpi viriktavad upācaret | āḍhakārdhāḍhakaprasthasaṃkhyā hy eṣā virecane | śleṣmānto hi virekaḥ syād etad icchanti kecana | eko virekaḥ śleṣmānto na dvitīyaḥ kadācana | balaṃ yat trividhaṃ proktam atas tatra kramas tridhā | tatrānukramam ekan tu balasthe sakṛd ācaret | madhyame dvau kramau kuryāt trīn vārān durbale tathā | kecid evaṃ kramaṃ prāhur mandamadhyottamāgniṣu kevalaṃ snehapītto vā vānto yaś cāpi kevalaṃ | sa saptarātraṃ manujo bhuñjīta laghu bhojanaṃ | sirāvedhakṛto yaś ca virikto yaś ca mānavaḥ | māsam parihared agnir yāvan na balavāṃ bhavet | tryahaṃ tryahaṃ parihared ekaikam bastim āturaḥ | tṛtīye parihāre tu yathāyogaṃ samācaret | tailapātrāmamṛdbhāṇḍasadharmāṇo vraṇāturāḥ | snigdhaśuddhāgnirogārttā jvarātīsāriṇaś ca ye | krudhyataḥ kupitaḥ pittaṃ kuryāns tāns tān upadravān | āyāsyataḥ śocato vā cittaṃ vibhramam arcchati | maithunopagamād ghorāṃ vyādhīn arcchati durmatiḥ | ākṣepakaṃ pakṣāghātam aṅgapragraham eva ca | ⋀⋁guhyapradeśe śvayathuṃ kāśaśvāsau ca dāruṇau | śukravac cāsya rudhiraṃ sarujaṃ sampravarttate | divāsvapnāt tu labhate tāṃs tā vyādhīn kaphātmakāṃ | pratiśyāyaṃ jvaraṃ śophaṃ pāṇḍurogaṃ plihodaraṃ | mohaṃ sadanam aṅgānāṃ sāvipākam arocakaṃ | tamasā cābhibhūtaś ca svapnam evābhinandati | uccaiḥ sambhāṣaṇād vāyuḥ śirasy āpādayed rujaṃ 𝈙 | āndhyam vādhiryamaghratvaṃ mūkatā jaḍatām api | arditaṃ sahanum mokṣam adhīmanthañ ca dāruṇaṃ | labhate dantacālañ ca tāṃs tāṃś cānyān upadravān | yānayānāt tu labhate cchardiṃ mūrcchā bhramaṃ klamaṃ | tathāṅgapragrahaṃ ghoram indriyāṇāñ ca vibhramaṃ | cirāsanāt tathā sthānāc chroṇyāṃ bhavati vedanā || aticaṅkramaṇād vāyur jaṃghorvvoḥ kurute rujaḥ | sakthnoḥ praśoṣaṃ śopham vā pādaharṣam athāpi vā | śītasambhogatoyānāṃ sevā mārutavṛddhaye | vātātapābhyām vaivarṇyaṃ jvaraṃ vāpi nigacchati || viruddhādhyaśanān mṛtyuṃ vyādhiṃ vā ghoram arcchati | asātmyabhojanād dhanyād balavarṇṇāvasaṃśayaṃ | anātmavantaḥ paśuvad bhuṃjate ye pramāṇataḥ | rogānīkasya te mūla m ajīrṇṇāt prāpnuvanti haḥ | vyāpadāṃ kāraṇaṃ vīkṣya vyāpatsv eteṣu buddhimān | prayatetāturārogyai pratyanīkena hetunā | viriktavāntair hariṇaiṇalāvakāḥ śaśāś ca sevyāḥ samayūratittirāḥ | saṣaṣṭikāś cāpi purāṇaśālayas tathaiva mudgā laghu yac ca kīrttitam iti ||

athāto dhūmanastaḥ kavalacikitsitaṃ vyā vyākhyāsyāmaḥ || pañcavidho dhūmo bhavati | tad yathā | prāyogikaḥ snaihiko vairecanikaḥ kāsaghno vāmanīya iti || tatrailādinā kuṣṭhatagaravarjyena ślakṣṇapiṣṭena dvādaśāṅgulaṃ śarakāṇḍaṃ daśāṅgulagarbham aṅgula m aṅguṣṭhodarapariṇāhaṃ kṣaumeṇāṣṭāṅgulam pariveṣṭyālepayed eṣā varttiḥ prāyogikaḥ || snehaphalasāramadhūcchiṣṭasarjarasagugguluprabhṛtibhiś ca snehamiśraiḥ snaihikaiḥ || śirovirecanadravyair vairecanikaiḥ || bṛhatīkaṇṭakārikātrikaṭukakāsamardahiṃgviṅgudītvaṅmanaḥśilācchinnaruhākarkaṭakasṛṅgīprabhṛtibhiḥ kāsaharaiḥ kāsaghnaiḥ | snāyucarmakhuraśṛṅgakarkaṭāsthiśuṣkamatsyavallūrakrimibhir vāmanīyaiś ca vāmanīya iti || tatra bastinetravyavyair dūmanetradravyāni vyākhyātāni bhavanti || dhūmanetraṃ tu kanīnikāpariṇāham agre kalāyamātrasroto mūle ṅguṣṭhapariṇāhaṃ dhūmavarttipraveśasroto ṅgulāni catuścatvāriṃśat prāyogike | dvātriṃśat snaihike | caturviṃśati vairecanike | ṣoḍaśa saghne | daśa vāmanīya iti || atha sukhopaviṣṭaḥ sumanā ṛjvadhodṛṣṭir atandritaḥ | snehapradīptāgrām varttinetrasrotasi praṇidhāya dhūmam pibed iti || mukhena tam pibet pūrvaṃ nāsikābhyān tataḥ pibet | mukhapītaṃ mukhenaiva vamet pītañ ca nastataḥ | yo vamen nastato dhūman nastapītaṃ mukhena vā | sa netrakarṇṇasāsyasaṃśrayāl labhate gadān || viśeṣatas tu prāyogikaṃ ghrāṇenādadyāt | snaihikaṃ mukhanāsābhyāṃ | nāsikābhyāṃ vairecanikaṃ | mukhenaivetarāv iti || tatra śramabhayāmarṣoṣṇaviṣaraktapittamadamūrcchāpipāsātāluśoṣamūrdhābhighātodgāra timiramehodarādhmānordhvavātontravṛddhibālavṛddhadurbalaviraktāsthāpitajāgaritagarbhiṇīrūkṣakṣatakṣīṇoraskāḥ madhughṛtadadhidugdhamadyayavāgūpītāḥ svalpakaphāś ca dhūman na severann iti || akālapīto bhramarī śirorogaṃ karoti ca | nāsāsrotokṣijihvānāṃm upā aghātañ ca dāruṇaṃ || dhūmaḥ snaihiko vairecanikaḥ prāyogiko dvādaśasu kāleṣūpayogo bhavati || tad yathā kṣutadantaprakṣālananasyasnānabhojanādivāsvapnamaithunacchardanamūtroccārābhiruṣitaśastrakarmānteṣv iti || tasya vibhāgo mūtroccārakṣavathuruṣitamaithunānteṣu snaihikaḥ | divāsvapnacchardanāntayor vairecanikaḥ | dantaprakṣālanasya snānabhojanaśastrakarmānteṣu prāyogika iti || tatra snaihiko vātaṃ śamayati | snehād upalepitvāc ca | vairecanikaḥ śleṣmāṇam utkliśyāpakarṣati raukṣyāt taikṣṇyād auṣṇyād vaiṣadyāc ca | prāyogikaḥ śleṣmāṇam utkleśayaty utkliṣṭaṃ cāpakarṣayati śamayati vā sādhāraṇatvāt pūrvābhyām iti || dhūmaprayogāt puruṣaḥ prasannendriyavāṅmanā | dṛḍhakeśadvijaḥ śmaśrusugandhiviśadānanaḥ | tathā kāsaśvāsārocakāsyapralepasvarabhedamukhāsrāvakṣavathuvamathukrāthatandrīhanumā anyāstambhapīnasaśirorogalocanaśūlāvātakaphanimittāś cāsya mukharogān apahanti na bhavanti | tasya yogāyogātiyogā vijñātavyā bhavanti | yogas tu dṛṣṭaphalārthaḥ | ayogo rogānirjayaḥ | atiyogas tāluśoṣaparidāhapipāsābhramamadamūrcchākarṇṇakṣveladṛṣṭirogādaurbalyayutam iti || tatra prāyogikas trīṃs trīn ucchvāsān ādadyāt paryāgatāns trīns trīṃś caturo veti || snaihikaṃ yāvad asrupravṛttiḥ || vairecanikam ādoṣadarśanāt || grāsāntareṣu kāsaharaṃ || vairecanikavat tilataṇḍulayavāgūpīto vāmanīyaṃ yathāyoga iti || tatra vraṇabastinetreṇa vraṇadhūmanetraṃ vyākhyātam bhavati || śarāvasampuṭayutaṃ vraṇadhūman nayed vraṇaṃ | dhūmanetreṇa matimān vedanāsrāvaśāntaye || vidhir eṣa samāsena dhūmasyābhihito mayā || nasyasyātaḥ pravakṣyāmi vidhiṃ kuśalasammitaṃ | auṣadha auṣadhapakvo vā sneho nāsikābhyāṃ pradīyate | nasyan tatpañcavikalpam bhavati | tad yathā | nasyaṃ śirovirecanaṃ pratimarśo vapīḍaḥ pradhamanam iti | teṣān nasyam pradhāṇaṃ śirovirecanaṃ yena nasya vikalpaḥ pratimarśaḥ | śirovirecanavikalpo vapīḍaḥ pradhamanañ ceti | tato nastaśabdaḥ pañcavidhā ṇipatati | tatra yaḥ snehārthaṃ śūnyaśirasāṃ grīvāskandhorasāṃ balajananārthaṃ dṛṣṭiprasādajananārtham vā sneha upādīyate tasmin vaiśeṣike nastaśabdaḥ | tat tu deyam vātābhipanne śirasi tathā dantakeśaśmasruṇātadāruṇakarṇṇakṣvelatimirasvaropaghātanāsārogamukharogaśoṣāvabāhukākālajavalīpalitaprabodheṣu vātapaittikeṣu ca mukharogeṣu vātapittaharadravyasiddhena sneheneti || śirovirecanam api śleṣmaṇābhivyāptatālugataśirasāṃ tathā rocakaśirogauravaśūlapīnasāvabhedakakrimipratiśyāyāpasmāraghrāṇājñāneṣv anyeṣu cordhvajatrugateṣu vikāreṣu śirovirecanadravyasiddhena sneheneti | tat tv etad dvividham apy uktaṃ || tatroccāritavātamūtrapurīṣāya bhuktavate vyabhre kāle pāṇitāpopasveditagalakapolalalāṭapradeśāya vātātaparajohīne veśmany uttānaśāyine kiñcit pravilambitaśirase vastrāvacchāditanetrāya vāmahastapradeśinyagronnāmitanāsāgrāya viśuddhasrotase dakṣiṇahastena śuktyā picunā vā sukhoṣṇam adrutam avicchinnadhārām āsiñced iti | yathā ca netreṇa prāpnoti || snehe vasicyati śiro na kathañ cana kampayet | na bhāṣen na ca kupyec ca na kṣuyān na hased api | etair hi vihataḥ sneho na samyak pratipadyate | tataḥ kāsaḥ pratiśyāyaḥ śirokṣigadasambhavaḥ | tasya pramāṇan tv aṣṭau bindavaḥ pradeśinīparvadvayaniḥsrutāḥ | eṣā mātrā prathamā | dvitīyā śuktiḥ tṛtīyā pāṇiśuktir ity etās tisro mānāḥ yathābalam prayojyā bhavantīti || śṛṅgāṭakam abhiplāvya nireti vadanād yathā | kaphotkleśabhayāccainan niṣṭhīved avidhārayan || dante punar api saṃsvedya galakapolādīn dhūmam āseveta | bhojayec cainam anabhiṣyanti | athāsyācārikam upadiśet | krodhādim pariharec ca | rajodhūmamanastāpadravapānaśirasnānādīni | tasya yogāyogātiyogavijñānaṃ bhavati | lāghavaṃ śiraso yoge sukhasvapnaprabodhaṇaṃ | vikāropaśamaḥ śuddhir indriyāṇām paraṃ sukhaṃ || ayoge rogānirjayaḥ kaphaprasekaḥ śiraso gurutendriyavibhramaḥ | 🗴🗴 atiyoge tāluśoṣapipāsābhramamadamūrcchā ceti 🗴 lakṣaṇam mūrdhny atisnigdhe rūkṣaṃ tatrāvacārayet | śirovirecanasyāpi catvāro bindavaḥ ṣaḍ vā tathāṣṭau vā yathābalam śirovicakasnehasya pramāṇam abhinirdiśet | tasya trīṇy abhivarṇṇyante lakṣaṇāni prayogataḥ | śuddhihīnātisañjñāni viśeṣāc chāstracintakaiḥ | lāghavaṃ śirasa śuddhiḥ srotasāṃ vyādhinirjayaḥ | cittendriyaprasādaś ca śirasaḥ śuddhilakṣaṇaṃ || kaṇḍūpade/unclear>gurutā srotasāṃ kaphasambhavaḥ | hīnāviśuddhe śirasi lakṣaṇam parikīrttitam || mastuluṅgāgamo vā tad dṛṣṭir indriyavibhramaḥ | śūnyatā śirasaś cāpi mūrdhni gāḍhavirecite || hīnātiśuddhe śirasi kaphavātaghnam ācaret | samyag virecite cāpi sarpir naste nuṣecayet || nasye tu parirharttavyā bhavanti | tad yathā bhuktavān apatarpitotyarthaṃ taruṇapratiśyāyī garbhinī madyadravapīḍito jīrṇṇīvastidantaḥ kruddho rāgārttaḥ tṛṣṇābhibhūto bālo vṛddhaḥ śrānto vegāvarodharataḥ śirasnātukāmaś ceti || nasye śirovireke ca vyāpado dvividhāḥ smṛtāḥ | doṣotkleśakṣayāc caiva vijñeyā ca yathākramaṃ | tatrotkleśanimittāsu yuñjyāc chamanaśodhaṇe | atha kṣayanimittāsu yathāsvaṃ bṛṃhaṇaṃ hitaṃ || pratimarśes tu caturdaśasu kāleṣūpadeyo bhavati | tad yathā | kālyotthitena | prakṣālitadantena | gṛhān nirgacchatā | vyāyāmavyavāyapariśrātena | mūtroccārakavalāṃjanānte bhuktavatā | charditavatā | divāsvapnotthitena sāyañ ceti || tatra kālyotthitenāsevitaḥ pratimarśo rātrāv upacitaṃ nāsāsrotogataṃ malam apahanti | prakṣālitadantena dantānāṃ dṛḍhatā vadanasaugandhyañ cāpādayati | gṛhān nirgacchatā nāsāsrotaso snehaklinnatayā | rajodhūmo vā na prabādhate | vyāyāmavyavāyapariśrāntena śramam apahanti | mūtroccārānte dṛṣṭigurutvam apanayati | kavalāñjanānte dṛṣṭiṃ prasādayati | bhuktavatā sroto viśuddhiṃ laghutvaṃ cāpādayati | charditavatā srotovilagnaśleṣmāṇam apohya bhaktacchaṃdaṃ kurute | divāsvapnotthitena nidrāśeṣaṃ gauravañ cāpahatya cittaikāgryaṃ janayati | sāyaṃ sukhanidrāprabodham āpādayatīti || īṣad ucchiṃghaṇāt sneho yadā vaktum prapadyate | naste niśiktaṃ taṃ vidyāt pratimarśaṃ pramāṇataḥ || tena rogāḥ praśāmyanti narāṇām ūrdhvajatrujāḥ | indriyāṇāñ ca vaimalyaṃ kuryād āsyasugandhi ca || hanudantaśirogrīvātrikabāhūrasāṃ balaṃ | valīpalitakhālityavyaṃgānāñ cāpy asambhavaḥ || tailaṃ kaphe ca vāte ca kevalaṃ pavane vasāṃ | dadyān nastaḥ sadā pitte sarpirmajjāsamārute || caturvidhasya snehasya vidhir eṣa prakīrttitaḥ | śleṣmasthānāvirodhitvāt teṣu tailaṃ viśiṣyate || avapīḍan tu śirovirecanavad abhiṣyaṇṇasarpadaṣṭamūrcchitavisaṃjñebhyo dadyāc chirovirecanadravyāṇām anyatamam āsādyāvapīḍam iṣyateti || cetovikārakrimiviṣād iti || śarkarekṣurasakṣīrā ghṛtamāṃsarasāṃ pṛthak kṣīṇānāṃ nastato dadyādd raktapittagadeṣu ca || ataḥ param pravakṣyāmi kavaḍagrahaṇe vidhiṃ | caturdhā kavaḍasnehī prasādī śodhiropaṇau | sngidhoṣṇaiḥ snaihiko vāte svāduśītaiḥ prasādanaḥ pitte kaṭvamblalavaṇai rūkṣaiḥ saṃśodhaṇaḥ kaphe | kaṣāyatiktamadhuraiḥ kaṭūṣṇo ropaṇo vraṇe | tatra trikaṭukāśitasarṣapasiddhārthakakalkam āloḍya tailamūtrakṣārasurāśuktamadhūnām anyatamena salavaṇam abhiprataptam upasvinnamṛditagalakapolalalāṭapradeśe dhārayet || sukhaṃ sañcāryate yā tu mātrā sā kavalaḥ smṛtāḥ | asañcāryā tu yā mātrā gaṇḍūṣaḥ sā prakīrttitāḥ || tāvac ca dhārayitavyo nanyamanasānunnatadehena yāvad doṣapratipūrṇṇagalakapolatvaṃ nāsāsrotonayanapariplavaś ca bhavati tadā vimoktavyaḥ | punaś cānyo grahītavyaḥ || evaṃ snehapayaḥkṣaudrarasamūtrāmblasambhṛtāḥ | kasāyoṣṇodakābhyāñ ca kavaḍā doṣato hitāḥ || vyādher apacayas tuṣṭir viṣadaṃ vaktralāghavaṃ | indriyāṇām prasādaś ca kavaḍe śuddhilakṣaṇaṃ | hīne jāḍyakaphotkleśā varasajñānam eva ca | atiyogāt mukhe pākaḥ śoṣas tṛṣṇāruciklamaḥ | śodhanīye viśeṣeṇa bhavaty etat tu lakṣaṇaṃ || tilāṃ nīlotpalaṃ sarpiḥ śarkarā kṣīram eva ca | sakṣaudro dagdhavarktrasya gaṇḍūṣo dāhanāśanaḥ | kavalasya samāsena vidhir eṣaḥ prakīrttitaḥ | vibhajya bheṣajaṃ budhyā kurvīta pratisāraṇaṃ || kalko rasakriyā kṣaudraṃ cūrṇṇañ ceti caturvidhaṃ || aṅgulyagrapraṇītan tu yathāsvam mukharogiṇāṃ || tasya yogam ayogañ ca kavaloktaṃ vibhāvayet | bhojayetac cānabhiṣyandi doṣaghnam aśanaṃ naram iti ||
